Updated the post with the YouTube trailer. After watching it again, I noticed the boss' explosion was drawn out to unveil the game's title. Could that be a stab at Mighty No. 9's pizza explosions? I like to think so.
I'm not really much of a Megaman fan, they've just never clicked with me for some reason. Maybe if I'd played them back in the day I'd think differently. The first time I played one was on Wii VC, Mega Man 2 and then later Mega Man 9. I liked them but not as much as I probably should being a huge Nintendo fan and with platformers being my favourite genre. That said, Megaman 11 looks very nice. I expected NES retro graphics so was surprised to see a lovely 32bit look. Could this be the game that clicks with me after all these years?I hope so.
I'm so happy to see Mega Man return after a while of no new games! This and Mega Man Legacy Collection 1 and 2 along with Mega Man X Collection means that every classic Mega Man and Mega Man X game will be playable on the Nintendo Switch in 2018.

@Agriculture If Mega Man 10 had 16bit style graphics then it would make sense for 11 to have 32bit but it's Capcom, it doesn't need to make sense . I'm glad they went with 32bit though, it looks great. I wish more indie games would do the same. Tired of the 8bit look the majority go for.
@subpopz I think that referring to anything beyond the 16-bit era as 32-bit is a bit (no pun intended) redundant, those labels lost their meaning, and 3D is hardly comparable to sprite work. Meg Man 11 is clearly 3D, but on a 2D plane, and I doubt even the N64 could've run this. It looks like a modern art style to me!
