Finally, physical pre-orders have appeared on the Nintendo UK site... Not in Game or on the SE Europe store & Amazon here says unavailable, so grab it while it's available
They released a bit more information today, and some new Key art for the game. Showing off four new classes, and the villains of the game, as well as the town they might rule over. I'm kind of surprised Nintendo Life didn't do an article on the information, or that more places aren't really talking about it. However, I can kind of understand why, as it was all presented in Japanese, and not in English. Plus there's no trailer for the information either.

I suspect that information will show up before long translated, so I'm sure we'll get the full scoop then. Looking forward to learning about the new jobs!
I still miss my Black Mage/Arcanist combo from the first game....

@Tyranexx Same for the new jobs. This is honestly going to be the first Bravely Default game that I'm going to try to beat, since I bought Bravely Second, and watched a recap on the original.. but I sort of dropped the game after a while. I kind of have a grip on the mechanics, but I still need some more practice.

@VoidofLight I played through and beat the other two games. In my opinion, Bravely Second is slightly better due to the QoL improvements, supplements the first game well, and expands on the personalities of NPCs from the first game as well. You've likely heard the main complaint about the original BD; while it's a fair one, I daresay some of those complainers didn't poke around quite enough in the later chapters to realize that there was more to them than meets the eye. And the true ending was very much worth it.
I also spent way more time making stuffed Chomps in Bravely Second than I care to admit. XD

Anyone think Ba'als will return? They're the coolest part about the original two games for me, and it would be a big disappointment if they didn't return. I'm kind of getting worried that they may be gone for good, since they didn't show them off in any of the trailers. It wouldn't ruin the game for me, but it would just be weird if they don't add any new Ba'als into the mix, even though it's a different universe technically.

I certainly hope Ba'als return. Not only for the challenge - though in Bravely Second they certainly made random encounters at the "halfway" point an absolute pain - but also for some of the wordplay.

@Tyranexx My favorite part about the ba'als is the design aspect. I love how jarring they are compared to everything else in the games, and how they look like children actually crafted them. I love the music that plays as well when you fight them. They kind of remind me of Madoka's witches in a design sense honestly.

@VoidofLight Agreed! They're so otherworldly, kind of like they're a random mashup of an artist's ideas that never formed a cohesive whole. And the music is certainly a strong aspect of the Bravely series.

Mario 3D World is the perfect length game to last until Bravely Default 2.
We’ve basically got all of next week, Mon - Sun, then the following Tue is Persona and that Friday is Bravely Default 2. So... like a week to finish Mario then, and 3 days getting a taste of Persona. No way I finish Bravely Default 2 by March 26th though. I take my time with JRPGs. Ya, I finished Final Fantasy X, and XII, and Xenoblade 1 and 2, but everything else has been slow burn over long periods of time. Ys VIII, Trails III, Dragon Quest XI S, and for sure Bravely Default 2.
I’ll be playing on casual mode though. I hear the game is kind of hard.

I have one week left to try and beat Persona 5 Royal. I'm so close to being done with the game honestly. Then I'll probably play Bravely Default II, or if I have time, finish Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity. I probably won't play Persona 5 Strikers for a while, since I'll just have finished Royal.
