@Nintyman My only guess for the forth one would be the original design for Yooka perhaps since he was once going to be a Tiger, but one of the things they didn't like was his broad shoulders. I doubt that though as these characters are probably actually being used.

I couldn't care less. Composers make music, instruments are just a vehicle to express the music. Make good music, I'm fine.
As a composer, this statement raises an eyebrow. I understand your sentiment, but... the vehicle matters. While technology has come to the point where VST instruments can sound amazing, it will always sound synthetic.
And orchestrated music will always sound like an orchestra, so? Order of importance: Music > Musician > Instrument.
And a video game is just a bunch of pixels on a screen that do stuff... right? Way to oversimplify things.
Yes, it always matters about how creative and in tune a musician is, in the end, but don't downplay the medium. A good musician will be able to create good music, but if s/he is limited to what they can use, what they envision may not come to fruition. Your order of importance really does not take into account how the music is made. Imagine the Zelda overworld theme played by tubas only: it truly would sound awful due to the muddiness of harmonies down in that range.
In the end, I believe the three composers will be able to make a good soundtrack. However, if they believe they could do more with real instruments [people really should stray away from the term "orchestra" and just say "real" or "analog instruments"—saying orchestra really gives a different connotation], then according to your order of importance, we should at least hope for them to use the tools to make their music the best.

Heh, precisely.
'Synthetic' doesn't equal 'worse'; not by a long shot.
Read my original quote. I never downplayed synthetic instruments—just people's oversight of how instruments affect the music.
You mean like how I never downplayed orchestrated music About the other reply, I have the feeling you're just saying things now for the sake of it, so let's leave it at agree to disagree, peace!

You're completely right—I never said you did downplay orchestral music. But based on this response, it seems like we neither agree nor disagree on this topic: you just haven't understood my issue from the start, nor will you in this kind of conversation. So sure, I'm fine with dropping it with ya.
I am very curious on how the co-op will work. I'm always happy to see that as an option since I can then enjoy the game with my wife as well. I hope there is some multiplayer minigames like Banjo-Tooie as well.

It could be like in Banjo Tooie where the characters can split up.

Or like a modern day "Head over Heels", can operate independently - needed for some obstacles, but combined have extra abilities - needed for others.
Rimmer: "Look, I think we've all got something to bring to this conversation, but I think that from now on the thing you should bring is silence."
Homer: "Oh people can come up with statistics to prove anything Kent. Forfty percent of all people know that."
Well done for being on the internet and actually getting this expression right!
lol, I was thinking the same.
“A thing may be too sad to be believed or too wicked to be believed or too good to be believed; but it cannot be too absurd to be believed in this planet of frogs and elephants, of crocodiles and cuttle-fish.”

A new stretch goal has been added. If the campaign reaches £2,000,000, they will work on DLC after the game is released that will be free to all backers.

Essentially, yes. You choose how much money you wish to pledge and you pay using a credit card. PayPal isn't supported, unfortunately. You pay when the campaign ends and only if the campaign succeeds.
