I really thought it would launch over Easter when everyone was off work (apart from me) but I guess I was wrong. I wonder if the success in Japan has caught them off guard and they are upgrading the servers to be able to cope with the worldwide roll out?

My concern with Miitomo is that none of my friends are going to want to play it. I'm gonna be looking or forums and facebook groups to make new, better friends!
@Megumi: I'm guessing a lot of people here will add one another. At least that way we know we'll be getting a fan base looking to stick with it and rack up coins for mynintendo!

My gaming friends have said they will check it out, but I expect a more casual audience to come slower.

I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...
Nintendo is waiting for the last day of March so all the people buying Hyrule Legends and other games right now won't get any gold coins for their digital purchases.
I am quite determined. My friends, family, in-laws, work colleagues and casual acquaintances....they are all going to be on it. They might not know it yet, but they WILL.

Apparently my phone isn't compatible with this version of Miitomo. That stinks. Maybe an updated version will make it compatible? Or my phone is just too old even though it is Android and has the Google Play store. We will see, I guess.
@Xyphon22: What version of Android do you have? Miitomo requires at least Android 4.1 (released in 2012). Unless your phone is older than 3-4 years, it should be compatible.
