no there's not a demo, it's just a drawing app it's really good but it's just for drawing no videos or stuff like on flipnote.
It's pretty good for drawing, it has 5 layers you can draw on for when u use the 3D effect, it has really good zoom in zoom out features and other kinds of different things. Doesn't really teach you things like Art Academy does though. Also pictures don't look as good if you send them on Swapnote and for some reason my picture glitched up, when I saved it on my 3DS it only saved the Sketch but not the final drawing but for some reason my pic was ok on Colors and on the Colors website.
