Sonny 2: Final Encounter – That epic guitar deserves this a place on my nominations. It really gets my blood pumping.
Professor Layton and the Spectre's Call: Last Battle – A bit different, but I quite like it.
Mario&Luigi – Bowser's Inside Story: In the Final
Streetpast Quest II: Dark Lord – An unusual place to find boss music this good.

I deliberately avoided SM: Galaxies' music – even though I really like both the final boss themes – since those games have already won enough tournaments IMO.

Just to clarify, it doesn't have to be the final phase of a boss, just as long as it plays for the final boss of the game.

@CapnPancakes: Does a boss fight that comes in many regards is a phase of the final boss fight, but has a Save Point and the option to backtrack allowed?

The last one is questionable, as it doesn't play during the ACTUAL final boss, you just THINK he's the final boss, at the time.

Also, I'd like to throw in a couple of honorable mentions:

Super Smash Bros Brawl - Boss Battle Theme 2
I really think this song deserves a spot in this contest, but I already have four others I wanted to see in. Beyond that, someone has already nominated a song from Brawl, even if I don't think that's exactly the most fitting song for this contest.

Sequence - Piano Jam
Another Rhythm Game finale that doubles as the boss, itself. I really like this, and I'm tempted to switch it for MadWorld or Super Meat Boy.
