The Questionable Kid Icarus Uprising song shouldn't count (sorry....) because the time that the music plays is not the final chapter of the game or a phase of the final boss fight.

But....But....It sounds cool..
I won't deny that.

I'll replace it with Eye of Darkness (Armored Ventus Nightmare) From Kingdom Heats DDD
Just decided to looks up the final boss music for this game and was amazed at how good it sounded.
I know I always say this, but I've been pretty busy the past few days, but hopefully I'll be able to set up the bracket today so we can get started. Many thanks to @UGXWolf for making that a lot easier for me.
64 is such a good number though, so it might be worth leaving these two out… I'm not really sure these are acceptable anyway, considering we already have one from each of these games.
One more thing: I should probably mention that the full name of the other Sonic Unleashed song is "Super Sonic vs. Perfect Dark Gaia". (Hypocritically enough, though, I probably mangled the name of the Brawl song.)
@CapnPancakes It's no sweat. I had already typed up the list and just figured I'd go ahead and copy-paste it into a post. On a more important matter, anything after that is going to have to replace something in the existing list, if it's to be added. Maybe we could pull an elimination vote? Any songs in the list people don't want, they can put a vote on and the ones with the most votes get clipped to make an even 64?

1) Digital Devil Saga 2 - Divine Entity — This is off to a great start. Both of these songs are pretty awesome. I really like where this tournament's going, so far. I've gotta give it to Divine Entity as that epic feel of the final battle is far more prevalent, but I feel that on opposite ends of the brackets, these two could've gone really far.
2) Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time - Final Battle/Elder Princess Shroob — All of my wut? How has this not gotten more votes. It's not even a contest and I absolutely ADORE Rhythm games. Heck, I haven't even played a Mario & Luigi game, before. Those opening chords say it all for me. The epic feel of a final struggle is all over this piece. Remix 10 hardly feels final unless you've played the game and understand that it plays songs from just about every tier in the game.
3) Sonny 2 - Final Encounter — It's a shame that Look Pimpin' doesn't stand up to this piece very well. I really would love to see the unique piece go far, but this list is just too full of awesomeness to allow that. There's nothing about Sonny 2's final boss theme that doesn't scream "final encounter." I love everything about this piece.
4) Sonic Unleashed - Perfect Dark Gaia A pretty good boss theme taking after the influence of His World from Sonic '06. If there's anything these games did right, it was music. I can easily recommend this way above anything in the Mii Plaza titles. That's for sure.
@Maelstrom That's odd. I wonder why he chose to remove that from the list. It's easily one of the top contenders. Maybe because it might've been too easy for that particular song? Very strange.
@Geonjaha Yeah, but someone very early on nominated that one. I even stated that I wanted to nominate it, but someone had beat me to it. I assume Maelstrom's response was very similar.
I'm disappointed how many of my potential nominations are shot down because they are part of a chain of end-game boss fights, but not the final boss itself (e.g. Grodus and Bowser in PM:TTYD). Darn it Yggdrasil Core, you ruined everything!
And I replaced the Kid icarus one with the Kingdom hearts one because the Kid Icarus one does not play durring the final boss

@Maelstrom
Whoops, sorry about that, I didn't see that someone else had nominated it as well. I'll find a way to squeeze it in.
1. Viewtiful Joe 2 - True Heroes
2. Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time - Elder Princess Shroob
3. Sonny 2 - Final Encounter
4. Sonic Unleashed - Perfect Dark Gaia
1. Viewtiful Joe 2 - True Heroes
2. Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time - Elder Princess Shroob – It's a bit different, quite slow and serene, but it does have threatening feel to it.
3. Sonny 2 - Final Encounter – Simply awesome.
4. Sonic Unleashed - Perfect Dark Gaia – I have to go against my own nomination this time, this is just too good.
Currently on the plate:
Mount and Blade: Warband – Napoleonic Wars
Chivalry
Super Mario 3D World – Finishing the last few levels.
Mario Kart 8
