@Pastellioli I’ve had leftover Hershey’s white chocolate chips. Was curious how they’d work as a French toast topping and they turned out great! My usuals toppings are honey, maple syrup, strawberry/raspberry/blueberry jam or gaymar.

Mutton is delicious. I love lamb, so of course I love it minced. Mutton is tastier than Beef imo. Hardee’s once brought it back and it was really great.

Yeahhhh the chocolate cake was fun to bake!! I had no frosting unfortunately, but i salvaged it by breaking apart a Galaxy chocolate bar I had into little pieces, thrown into the oven for at least a minute and viola. Took my cake to the next level!

I’ve not made cookies, but I’m contemplating it. The Hershey chocolate chips are really tasty and they work as a snack too! Great with chai/ milktea.

Think I’ll try finding strawberry cookies recipe, I love strawberries so much.

Yessss positive reinforcement goes a long way : ))))))

@Yousef- For French toast, all I top it with is usually banana slices and syrup. Nothing exciting, but it still tastes good. Haven’t had French toast with chocolate or white chocolate, but I can imagine it tastes good!

It’s cool you were able to make the frosting despite not having any, it’s nice to hear everything worked out in the end! I really like how chocolate tastes. I had a bit of a Hersheys chocolate craze that I did kind of talk about a few pages back in this forum. Love the king-size Hershey chocolate bars and sharing them with my mom and brother, but they got sick of it quickly. For me, I always liked it! Hershey’s chocolate tastes the best when you let it sit in the freezer and eat it cold. I remember a few years ago when I was visiting my grandma, she had Hershey’s kisses that she froze in the freezer and they tasted heavenly. I also do think Hershey’s kisses still taste amazing on their own!

Ooh, strawberry cookies, I haven’t actually made those before. I think the closest I have maybe eaten a cookie that was made with strawberry was these packs of shortbread cookies from Knott’s Berry Farm that had strawberry jam in the center of it. I can remember those are sold in-stores or online.

@Pastellioli Eh, whatever works best for Rare. As long as they still have the will to make some great games, and to experiment. I can understand not wanting to be locked into a certain IP or genre. And apparently other studios are more than happy to give some IPs Rare previously touched new life.

I know of Sea of Thieves but decided it wasn't my cup of tea since it's meant to be played online. Plus I don't currently own a viable platform to play the game. I admit I've not heard of Everwild (Or I have, but just forgot lol), but it sounds like the game has been through development hell. Which more often than not isn't the best thing for a game. Studios have surprised me with some great turnarounds in this regard, but then there are examples like the infamous Duke Nukem Forever.

I repeat: the chaos from bazookas in games can be a good time. XD

Currently playing: Pokemon Scarlet DLC, Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury (Switch)

@Tyranexx Unlike most Rare fans, I am pretty unbothered with the games they make nowadays and think it is nice that they want to be more creative than other studios. A lot of people say that modern Rare is bad, but I kind of feel like that only stems from how they no longer make games using their popular IPs from the N64 days and tend to take longer when developing games compared to how they pumped out games almost yearly from the late 90s to late 00s, but I think what some people forget is that game development takes longer nowadays, and it was much easier back then. Rare has always liked developing a variety of games in different genres, and I do like how a lot of their Xbox games (mostly ones from the 360 days) were very experimental and they tried to branch out into different genres and add twists, like platformers (the genre that Rare is arguably most famous for), shooters, beat ‘em’ ups, life sims, etc. A lot of their 360 titles were pretty decent in my opinion despite how much fans like to say they were abysmal and worse than their previous games.

Even though they have moved on from making games using their classic IP, I am glad that Microsoft is trying to find game studios that can put in new life into them and is being a bit careful with who they choose to assign the games to. I like seeing old and dormant IPs getting modern comebacks and getting new games rather than being completely dead.

I wouldn’t blame you for not knowing what Everwild is, cuz I think all they have had to show for that one was a single trailer and that was it. I am a bit sad to hear that management at modern Rare is a bit of a mess, and I believe the developers were reported on not even knowing what direction to take Everwild in; because of that, reports on the game’s genre are conflicting, some say it’s a third-person adventure game, but some say its Viva Piñata-like and will have absolutely no combat at all. I believe Everwild has been in development for around a decade, but it wasn’t until three years ago that they rebooted development. They apparently had planned to release it this year from what was reported, but I am really doubtful they are going to be able to do that unfortunately from how little they have revealed on it. I am hopeful that the game can release to good reception despite how rocky development has been on it, but unfortunately when a game is in development for so long and has issues stemming from the lengthy development time, it usually is released to mediocre reception.

Hope you're all doing well, sorry I've been away for a good while now, lol. Been a crazy few weeks for me, but I'm doing all right. In terms of games, I played in Splatoon 3's Grand Festival and I also finished Tears of the Kingdom... just in time for Echoes of Wisdom coming out in a few days! New profile pic as well, since I'm excited for Super Mario Party Jamboree.

@Pastellioli A Hat in Time is definitely worth trying if you're into 3D platformers. I actually got it on Steam before it even came out on Switch, alongside Cuphead. I love Cuphead, and I've almost beaten it... but not quite. Love its run-and-gun gameplay and its art style. Always loved how Disney's classic cartoons and movies look so I dig its art style quite a bit. And heck, even though it's a brutally difficult game, I don't really get frustrated by it.

Oh gotcha, Banjo- (with a dash) was the user I had in mind, I know they went by BlueOcean previously. I browsed the Pure Xbox boards for a little bit, but probably won't post there since I'm not huge into Xbox. Good to hear they're good to you.

Thanks! That's cool, I've been having parts of my screenshots being used as profile pics lately. Or whatever my Switch profile icon is currently. I even had my Animal Crossing character as my profile pic for a good while. I did like your animated gif profile pic from a while back. Good thing Conker didn't get blasted by that missile, lol. I do like your current one too. Shiver is a cool character for sure... pun intended, haha. I've been on her side in a few of the Splatfests too.

@Tyranexx Looks like we're both pretty similar in terms of the longer games. Yeah, there are a ton of open-world games nowadays. Kinda have to be choosy with them, lol... but I guess there's more options to pick from. I tend to get sidetracked a lot when I play BotW and TotK, lol. There's still quite a few games I have that I still haven't finished... online multiplayer games like Mario Kart, Splatoon, and Tetris 99 were kind of my focus when I find the time to play games. Choice paralysis is partly to blame on that too. Yeah anytime.

All righty, that's good. I'd probably like the family coasters... despite not liking the tilt-a-whirl, I took it surprisingly well. If I do go on one, I'll let you know how it went. Same with stuff like Space Mountain. I recall you said you've been to an amusement park in... Missouri, I believe? Wouldn't mind checking that place out either. I forgot the name of it.

Oh that's understandable. I used to have a pet fish when I was young actually, and had this cool-looking fish tank. Yeah, dogs are pretty involved to take care of, even though I get along with them just fine. Thanks bud! The blue coins were indeed tricky, same with some of Super Mario Odyssey's moons. I had to look up one in New Donk City that I was missing, but I think that's about it. It was after I finished the story, too.

I like your new Boo profile picture by the way. Fun fact, my brother likes playing as King Boo in Mario Kart. I have a new profile pic as well.

@Sunsy Hope you've had a good time with your friend who visited. Thanks for showing me that Minnie Mouse cartoon, it was a cute watch! I did recognize that Pac-Man sound effect as well, haha. I like how the vacuum is called Spit Spot... a nice little reference to Mary Poppins.

I think I remember that Corneria mission, my younger bro probably made it that far, and we had the player's guide for Star Fox Assault. I think the furthest I got was the third mission.

Oh that's cool, maybe I could try this Movies Anywhere thing out for my YouTube account sometime. Thanks for telling me about it. That's cool, I remember seeing a few of those games mentioned on Nintendo Power many years back, and there was an ad for Puyo Pop in Sonic Advance's instruction booklet. Closest thing I had to Puyo Pop was Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine on Sonic Mega Collection, which I'm not very good at, lol. I'm good at Tetris and decent at Panel de Pon, but Puyo Puyo is pretty difficult for me.

Yeah, not too sure. Maybe they just can't cover every single city or town for whatever reason. Still wanna give any of the Trolls movies a try sometime. I think Band Together is on Netflix now, if I recall correctly.

Yeah you're welcome, in the original F-Zero (as well as the GBA entries and F-Zero 99), holding down while you're airborne is also worth doing in general. You'll go much further and you'll also have a much smoother landing. Good to hear one of your family members showed you how to get past that barrel of doom.

That's great to hear, those jerks that ridiculed me in school also had no effect on me liking Nintendo and other stuff. Too bad for them, lol! Ouch, I remember you told me about that older forum you were in. Yeah exactly, it's OK to enjoy E- or G-rated stuff as well. There is definitely no rule saying that you can only like anything M- or R-rated once you reach adulthood, haha. Plus, my dad didn't want me or my brother having games with realistic guns or extreme violence in them. Being picked on during middle/high school did a number on my mental health. Speaking of cartoon-based games, I've been thinking of coming back to Disney Illusion Island sometime. Been a while since I last played it. I've finished Tears of the Kingdom last night, so coming back to it should be easier.

Just a random question. Have you thought of getting Super Mario Party Jamboree? I'd like to preorder the game sometime, it'd be fun to play it with you. That game looks really good! In case you're curious, I do have the first Super Mario Party as well, I remember you said you have that one.

@MarioVillager92 I could play A Hat in Time soon, I am just a bit busy so I’ve been playing quick game sessions on my phone instead. I have been wanting to play some new games, but I need to find stuff that interests me and is reviewed well. I have also played Cuphead too, but didn’t finish it at all and I remember it being really hard to finish. It’s still a good game though, I’m just not the greatest at it.

Banjo- is really kind, pretty much everyone on this site is super kind and is why I like this site a lot. Everyone is so respectful when they talk to me and even when they disagree with my opinions. It’s way better than other sites I use like Instagram. The kind community here is why I always go on here a lot.

Thank you! I like your new profile picture, I do sometimes like using in-game screenshots as avatar pictures. Changing avatar pictures is my favorite, I usually settle on one for a month and then change it again. I think that profile pictures can really do a good job showing your interests and what you like. I really like my current one of Shiver and the one I had previously. Splatoon has been one of my favorite game series even though I haven’t been playing it as of late, and after hearing stuff about the Grand Fest (which I sadly missed), I chose to make my avatar Shiver to commemorate it.

For the GIF profile picture, I remember it being a bit tricky to get it to work on here. I went to a walkthrough of Bad Fur Day on YouTube, and screen recorded a goofy scene spoofing Terminator and then cropped it, but then I found it didn’t work on here because it was big, so I had to turn it into a GIF and turn it low quality. I was also thinking of having my next profile picture also be a Bad Fur Day GIF again before I went with Shiver, but I thought I should go for something new. I sometimes like to wait a while before changing it, and I already have an idea for one next month and in December. I remember my first profile picture on here being a render of Conker cuz I couldn’t think of anything else lol.

I am sure I’ve had Conker as my profile on here about five times, and the only times I haven’t had him as one is right now and back in June when I had Banjo as my avatar for a bit. I change my avatars on here a lot, but I haven’t changed it on social media for months. Just today I changed my avatar on the Xbox to a character from a video game called Viva Piñata after having my avatar unchanged since April and I’m pretty satisfied with it.

Been awhile, had a cold towards the end of last week, hence why I'm late with replies, but doing better now. Not much happened, I did see The Garfield Movie and got to play a couple of games recently, Pac-Attack Cosmo Gang The Puzzle on NSO, Smurfs Kart, and Return To Castle Wolfenstein using the RealRTCW mod (it really improves the game greatly).

Pastellioli wrote:

@Sunsy Yes, I think there was a Rumble game they released on the WiiU, but I don’t know if any figures were used in it since I never played it. I did like the mobile app even though it was very short-lived. I have played a lot of Nintendo-related mobile games and did like them, but a lot of them were shut down. I loved Miitomo a lot especially, but they ended that one off fairly quickly, and them ending services for Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp was a bit of a shocker for me even though I deleted the game off my phone years ago, but it is nice they are leaving servers up offline for people. That’s an approach I do like seeing when games close so that they aren’t gone forever. The only time I saw an online game do that was Club Penguin Island, though that’s a game a lot of people actually never liked in the first place. The only Nintendo mobile app I have is Fire Emblem Heroes and that one I made a lot of progress on, hence why I have not deleted it off my phone but I haven’t touched it in a while. I’ll probably go back to it at one point. It’s an okay to decent game, but dang I love the artwork and character designs a lot.
Yeah, although the game was pretty much not cut significantly, the Pokémon reference and at least two other jokes were cut per request. One of the other jokes actually does have the original scene in-tact via beta footage, but it’s very unnerving and gory from what I saw in a video, and learning about what it was referencing in the context of the level it was used in (which was in a War-themed level) I can pretty much understand why they were told to cut that. The Pokémon reference was interesting, but I guess that Nintendo didn’t want a kid-friendly character being reference in a game that wasn’t so kid-friendly and just told them to remove it. Unsurprising Nintendo didn’t want any characters associated with their brand to appear in there.

I also love looking at cut game content too and cancelled games. I love watching videos on random cancelled games, and I especially love Unseen64 for that specifically, though the site sometimes does have errors and some articles haven’t been updated in years with new info since the site is run by a small group of people. But, I still find it to be one of my favorite sites to see cancelled gaming content alongside random YouTube videos. Again, one of the issues is that it doesn’t have some extra info on cancelled games thanks to some articles not being updated in years, but I had learned about the existence of a ton of Rare games I hadn’t known existed and were being made at one point. Some cancelled games are documented on less than others, and some more than others, so Unseen64 is probably my go-to site for finding out more about cancelled niche games.

Looks like my I remembered correctly, towards the end of the trailer showed off figures. There's were like an early version of the amiibo.

Surprisingly, never played the mobile Nintendo games, I was a very late adopter of a smartphone. I'll play Minion Rush (surprisingly a good endless runner) and Sega's classics on it. Actually bought Sonic 1, Sonic CD, and Crazy Taxi to remove ads and have offline mode. I read about that, that's a great move with Animal Crossing Pocket Camp. I use to have Trolls Pop on my phone, then it shut down never to be played again. I wonder why I'm grateful for Trolls Remix Rescue existing on Switch and PC. More live service games need to have an end of life plan to allow the game to continue working. It's really mind boggling. Why do I have 20 year old games on GameCube I can still play, yet I can't play a mobile game that's less than 5 years old? Really like the plan they have in place for Pocket Camp.

Cool, that possibly could have been why. I remember in its heyday Pokemon was really targeted to kids. I remember I could only get Pokemon shirts in kids sizes, they weren't available in adult sizes then. Thankfully I was a small for my age during my teen years, so a Boys XL fit me fine back then and could wear them. I still wear character shirts, wearing a Smurfs one as I type this.

Videos on that sort of stuff is always great, I also like a wiki called The Cutting Room Floor. There's so much little things on that wiki discovered in games that were released. Like cut content, hidden videos, unused graphics, hidden text. It's all fascinating to look at and read about. Really like obscure stuff like that, or seeing stuff that could have made it into the game, or even the leftovers.

Tyranexx wrote:

@Sunsy Actually, a drive-in theater during Covid makes sense. There would be very little outside human interaction, and everyone's germs would mostly be stuck in their own vehicles lol. That makes me wonder how a drive-in theater about half an hour away did....

On Inside Out 2, The part with Disgust riding the broccoli was hilarious! I've wondered what the emotions inside of each emotion's head would look like too...But then it would expand into an infinite amount of mental multiverses then lol.

Indeed, I'm starting to wonder how the drive in my state did too. I remember a news story about drive-ins during the pandemic, and of course the theater was showing Trolls World Tour in the only way one could watch it on the big screen in 2020.

Makes you wonder, what their emotions inside of them would look like. It's like emotions inside emotions. You know Joy has an inner Anger after that scene.

@MarioVillager92 We did, played games, went to Target for a break from the gaming, showed him my local pizza place, watched some shows, and played more games. You're welcome, I sometimes put on Disney's livestream of them. I thought you'd like the Pac-Man sound effect. Oh wow, I didn't pick up on that reference.

Yeah, that mission was the one with (actual Star Fox Assault spoiler) was the one where Wolf actually helped Fox out, a twist I did not see coming knowing this series.

You're welcome. I usually use that just to watch the digital codes and reduce wear and tear on my DVD discs, saving them for when the Internet is down. Yeah, that's Puyo Puyo. Mean Bean Machine was just the same game with a sprite swap IIRC. They really did this a lot. I've been playing Cosmo Gang The Puzzle on NSO, and it's Pac-Attack in its original form. I have Pac-Attack on Game Boy Color, fun puzzle game, I'm glad it's on SNES Online in some form. Yeah, pulling off combos in Puyo Puyo is hard. The whole point is to chain combos to attack the opposing side.

Yes, Trolls Band Together is now on Netflix, also the first Trolls movie is on Netflix. Just remember, it seems silly at first, the further you go into the movie, the movie shows its heart.

I'm going to have to try that one day. I have F-Zero and F-Zero GP Legend on my Wii U.

Indeed, I usually play different kinds of games, so I have a balance of colorful, E-rated games I love playing, to some of those more serious M-rated ones. Never really wanted to restrict myself once I became an adult, at the time I was playing a Jimmy Neutron game, as well as Half-Life 2. They're on two opposite ends of the gaming spectrum, lol. Can't blame you on that one, I remember having to talk to a therapist years ago because of it. Sounds like a plan to me.

Surprisingly I haven't thought about it. I do have Super Mario Party.

Pastellioli

@Sunsy You were right! I didn’t know it used amiibos of some sort. That’s cool.

Ooh, I remember playing Minion Rush so many years ago. I think that is a pretty solid endless runner game, so is Subway Surfers, which is pretty iconic and classic. I have also played Sonic CD on my phone and finished it in full, and I think I also finished it as Tails, since if you finish the mobile port as Sonic, you’ll unlock Tails as a playable character. I did have Sonic 2 on there as well, but I didn’t finish it.

I am pretty glad with the approach they are taking with Pocket Camp. Although I don’t play it anymore and thought it was an okay game, I do know some people still play it and love it a lot, and seeing them preserve it and still give access to playing it (albeit offline) makes me happy instead of seeing it wiped away forever. I would also love if live-service games did have plans in place to keep supporting the game in some way, even if they do shut down at some point, and it is sad to see all that game progress going down the drain. It’s also sad when the developer’s work on the game is gone too. I remember a few being disappointed with them shutting down another Nintendo mobile game called Dragalia Lost and not allowing it to be played offline, never played that but I heard it was a good game. It kind of looked cool, and I sort of regret not trying it out when it was still available to download. I know Miitomo didn’t last long, only for two years!

I think that is the reason why, and given that Bad Fur Day’s colorful art style made a lot of parents accidentally buy it for their kids under the assumption it was a clean, family-friendly experience, I can definitely see why they wouldn’t want a pretty big game franchise they own appearing in a somewhat controversial game. Nintendo was reported as having concerns over Bad Fur Day being mistaken as a kids game, but they didn’t interfere or have a huge affect on the final product, only just telling them to remove certain jokes and references, though they absolutely didn’t want any association with it despite how little involvement they had in it, like how when I mentioned Nintendo’s European branch refused to publish it in Europe likely over the content in the game.

I just appreciate sites like those. They report and write about cancelled game projects that could have been forgotten or remained niche, and seeing the other info they gather is cool; like when the game was first announced, when it was cancelled, the planned consoles for it, interviews on the game, information on the game given by the developers, concept art and character models...I know a lot of work goes into getting all that information and making sure it’s correct and then putting it all together to make page entries/articles on them. The site does also report on cut content for games that did actually release, and I read a bit on those too. I gotta commend the people running these cancelled game sites and wikis for the hard work and research they do to make people aware of some cancelled games. I just love hearing about anything on game development and game history.

Huge question for help!! I got my kids switches for Christmas and want to set them up correctly. Is their a guide for setting up family accounts? My biggest question is... if I buy a game digitally is it playable on all the switches at the same time?

Super new to all this so please be patient 😔☺️

Jennay

Eel

@Jennay a digital game will only be available to for the account that bought it (or other profiles that share the primary console of that account). You can’t share a digital license amongst everyone in your family group, every person needs to get their own copy of the game.

A family group is only really useful to share a family Nintendo Switch Online subscription.

—————

If you’re confused about this whole primary account thing, basically….

Every Nintendo account can have one Nintendo Switch assigned as its primary console. However you can also log into that account in any other number of Nintendo Switches. Those become the “non-primary” consoles.

All non-primary consoles will have access to the games and content of that account, but in a restricted way: it mainly involves making regular online checks to make sure only one person is using that account at any given moment.

Other accounts/profiles on those consoles will not have access to the content of that account, only the owner of the content.

On the other hand, on your primary console, you have unrestricted access to your digital content: you can play anytime anywhere without checks or anything like that.

If a primary console opens a game while another console is using the same account, then the non-primary console becomes paused until they exit the game or the primary console goes offline/closes the game.

All the other profiles on an account’s primary console can play that account’s digital content as well, unlike with non-primary consoles. This is the closest you have to being able to share games.

@Pastellioli I have heard the "Modern Rare is bad" refrain for sure, but it's one I can't comment on since I've not kept track of their recent doings lol. Some of it is due to nostalgia by some I'm sure. And yes, game development these days does typically take much longer...and requires higher budgets. I'm neutral since I've barely ever touched the Xbox ecosystem and don't think I've played any of their games past the SNES. But yeah, I am glad their classic IPs are not going to waste.

I'll have to look up Everwild and see what it's about. Though if the game has been rebooted with little fanfair outside of an announcement, I'll likely not find too much accurate info at this point. Especially if the game has switched genres. I highly doubt the game will release this year unless it's shadow dropped.... Which doesn't seem wise.

@MarioVillager92 More choices can be good, but then there's definitely the inevitable choice paralysis. XD Technically, some games can never be finished due to how they're set up. At that point, it's definitely up to the player if they want to keep going. The markers on whether someone beats or finishes a game is ultimately up to the individual. Sure, most games have credit reels, but some of these are false or roll long before one may consider a game finished.

I would like to hear about your experience if you do ever get on another rollercoaster. I've been to two theme parks in Missouri, both with a fair amount of rollercoasters: Silver Dollar City near Branson, MO and Six Flags St. Louis. Both are fun parks in their own ways. I'm actually overdue to visit a Six Flags again.

I did help take care of classroom fish in school sometimes, but I never found them very interesting or affectionate lol. I prefer mammals or reptiles when it comes to pets (And yes, some reptiles can show signs of affection!). No pets currently though. Some people bash on Mario games as being too easy, and they'd be correct if they're just playing start to finish. However, some of the extras or going for 100% completion can be MUCH harder.

On my avatar: Thanks! It seemed perfect for fall. I like Boos, plus this one is eating one of my favorite things: a sweet potato. I like your avatar change too; Mario's victory poses are usually fun and iconic IMO.

@Sunsy Fun fact, someone I used to work with worked part-time at a drive-in theater when he was in high school. He got to see a ton of free movies that summer. His favorite was Disney's Up.

I kind of picture each emotion having a resemblance to them, only with a different color to symbolize each of their own emotions. Or maybe we can only have a concept of a concept go so far....

@Tyranexx While I do agree with others that modern Rare isn't like what they are today (no longer frequently releasing games every year, different staff, etc.) I do disagree with a lot of people that they are worse just because they don't make new games using their classic IP and want to make new stuff. I would say it could have been poor management of the studio back in the 2000s after Microsoft's purchase that led to a lot of the staff that contributed to Rare's magic and prosperity leaving and working for new companies or even starting their own companies, and some people did think that they neglected Rare a ton compared to their other first-party studios.

But, Microsoft was never a factor in why Rare changed with the games they made, and I believe the studio changing the types of games they made and not using their old IPs is not a factor in the studio becoming "bad," cuz Sea of Thieves has done extremely well (I would say it even outdid a lot of their popular N64 IPs) and it is not even based on a classic IP they made! While I do love a lot of their old IPs a lot and do wish the rest of theirs could come back, who knows how well some of them would have even sold, and who even knows if they would have been amazing by modern standards if they had the same staff work on them. I think that a team mixed with old staff and newer staff could be best, but I'm not a game developer, so who knows if that would work. I know that Yooka-Laylee game was developed by the same staff that did the Banjo-Kazooie games when they still worked at Rare, and I recall everyone being unimpressed with the game even though it was intended to be super similar to Banjo and had a lot of elements that made everyone love the Banjo games a lot, but I'd have to assume that some of the game mechanics and structure were outdated in the modern day. I cannot imagine how bad a modern Conker game would be if they had the same staff work on it, given its very controversial nature probably couldn't work in the modern day unless they significantly changed it to avoid having it dismissed as "edgy" or "outdated."

I do want Everwild to do well and I want it to be interesting, but I think the lack of updates and how there has not been any significant news since its reveal has made a lot of people forget about it or lose excitement, and the fact that reports have very conflicting information on its genre is a bad sign. People have been assuming Everwild's state is from bad management, which it could likely be, but again, who knows? I pretty much don't expect them to release it until nearing the end of the Series console's lifespans at this point, but it would be shocking if they did release it earlier. Definitely not this year, if they shadow-dropped that thing without any trailers or info to build excitement, I do not think it would do amazing if they went with that approach, cuz I think it is considered a triple-A game by them.
