@Eel
do you wish to shave the baby?
circle yes or no.
no has been removed from the choices.

@NintendoByNature Mechanically the earlier games can still troll the player and contain some odd design choices and difficulty spikes (before flatlining and/or requiring you to grind your 'Mon), but not nearly on the scale of early JRPGs like Mother/Earthbound Beginnings lol.
Currently playing: Pokemon Scarlet - The Indigo Disk, Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury (Switch)
@TheJGG Yeah, I've seen that. I don't know if you ever saw this. The double sonic boom is great as two Falcon Heavy rockets land at the same time-ish. Careful with volume if you're on a desktop computer. Or conversely, watch on a something with good sound, lol.
@WoomyNNYes I saw this on my phone at low volume and still had a small jolt. God that was shocking!
But how could it have been a sonic boom if they were landing? I’m not the worst aerodynamicist... nonetheless it’s absolutely fascinating to see, thanks!
@TheJGG Fascinating, indeed. It is hard to conceptualize if you've never seen the phenomena before. When the rockets reenter the atmosphere, they were really hauling ass, much faster than sound, in order to get that far head of the sonic boom they created. Sonic booms travel at 1,225 kmh/750 mph. So, the whole time the rockets are slowing down for landing, the sonic boom is catching up, and it's awesome.
I had seen a similar effect with the space shuttle. The shuttle's sonic boom from reentry arrives at the runway around when the shuttle is landing. (I originally typed "sh*ttle" because censoring the "u" makes it look like the word Sh*t, which is funny to me 😉)
@TheJGG interesting compilation of shuttle booms(also pet reactions). The shuttle makes a double boom. First from the nose of the shuttle, second from the wider back end of the shuttle/wings.
@WoomyNNYes Hahaha... oh, the trials and tribulations of online communication. You kinda missed my point. As you might have suspected, from my huge interest in the Mars expedition, I already knew all about SpaceX, and I've seen all the footage so far, since news channels over here report on it as well, and quite faithfully at that, if I might add.
I was just looking for/asking you about the connection between this and the topic at hand, which was of course something completely different, which is why I wondered why you brought this up, because it was so off-topic. And there was I, trying to connect dots that weren't even there...
@Anti-Matter No, I haven't yet met the more difficult to beat Grocks, because I've simply never let the time run out so far.
Funny story about my in-game character: my actual real life star sign is Taurus, and the first animal that the game turned my in-game Mii into, was this bull-character, so of course I immediately accepted. It was meant to be, apparently...
@Heavyarms55 Well, at least you can use games and other media to temporarily escape the real world, at times when it gets too much or too annoying. Glad you're doing relatively okay, all things considered.
@Tyranexx I never even played that game myself, so I wouldn't know, but was it an actual screen in the game, or is it a PhotoShopped image? Either way, almost too close for comfort for some individuals, I'm sure...
@Tyranexx Yeah, you're gonna want to hold on to your SoulSilver copy for dear life. Again, would love HG/SS, but I ain't spending $100 on it! I may still have my copy of Diamond around somewhere, just don't know where it ended up.

Favorite game: Super Mario 3D World
AKA MarioVillager92. Ask if you want to be Switch friends with me, but I want to get to know you first. Thanks! ❤️
@NintendoByNature I haven't played Sword/Shield yet, unfortunately. Hopefully I'll get around to one of the two before too long! I hope you are enjoying your playthrough.
@ThanosReXXX While I can't say for sure that an aspect or two of that photo isn't altered since I lifted it off of Google's image search, that text as it appears is indeed in the game. If I recall, it didn't exist in the original Japanese version but replaced some slightly more mundane text when the game was localized. They nailed it, far as I'm concerned. XD
I too strive to lug around the occasional Untitled. Especially if it involves a certain goose....
@MarioLover92 Lovely pins! I especially like the design of the 35th anniversary one.
I've had very few games grow legs and wander off, but it has happened. I lost my copy of Pokemon Ruby as a kid when we went on vacation one summer. We found it a couple months later when mom was cleaning out the van. Still worked fine!

@WoomyNNYes The animals breaking the sound barrier themselves due to their reactions is such a mood. I'd probably react the same way if I didn't know the shuttles were coming... It's insane to think that it's possible to travel faster than sound itself. It comes off as an easy concept but it's strangely fascinating.
