Did you guys hear @ogo79 sold out and became new games only? He’s a pro Fortnite player now.
@ThanosReXXX - Sorry for the late reply, it’s been funny catching up though.
As for the Capcom machine, you hit the nail on the head as for my issue with it: the price. I’m sure it’s high quality, though the clear buttons are weird as you mentioned; but something like that is a novelty for me and has to be at impulse price. Which means, I’ll probably never own one.
@NintendoByNature - Dude, I’m thinking about Shield to play with my daughter. It could possibly be a Christmas gift. Hope she’s into it and you two have a nice experience. Mine has played minimally with me for a couple years, but she seems interested and old enough here recently to play through something low key with me.
@bimmy-Lee you totally should. Shes played Mario Make, kart, and dkc tropical freeze with me before, and even a little of triforce hero's. I know she liked the detective pikachu movie when I took her to see it then she went on a little card gathering stint so she knows some of the names, probably more than I do. But it'll be a nice entry level, serious game we can enjoy together. Hope you guys do the same. I'll let you know how it goes for us.
@NintendoByNature Yeah that Napoleon looking creep loves chewing the fat with Leon. He probably had a very sinister and drawn out bad guy speech you ruined.
One detail they missed though.
When Leon gets to that island they needed to have 007 music playing. It essentially becomes a James Bond movie at that point, with Ada making a really good Bond girl.
@NintendoByNature - Please let me know how she likes it, and if it’s a fun experience for you both. It’s really great that you two can share gaming. My daughter loves the Labo kit. We’re about to start the fishing pole.
I have an update on sugar cream pie situation 2019. It turns out my mom didn’t make my grandma’s recipe for me because nobody has the actual recipe. My grandma never wrote it down. My mom just googled it and may or may not have told me it was my grandma’s recipe. There’s controversy. She totally said it, but denies it. I did track down my grandma’s hand written cookbook though, and a cousin sent me pics of her recipes for pie dough and pumpkin pie. I’ll post them soon after some transcribing.
@Anti-Matter - I don’t know, but I haven’t seen him around in a while. I figured I’d toss out a random insult to see if I could wake him out of hibernation. Have fun with Sir Fetch’d.
It was pretty rough getting through that last boss in Astral Chain. I had no AED charges left and he has a ton of attacks that are one hit kills. They really ratcheted the difficulty up there at the end.
@NotTelevision lol. Every time i hear the walkie talkie, I ask myself, " why is Leon even answering anymore? It's obviously that little weasel" @bimmy-lee I will for sure. We may start it tomorrow as there's a sleep over at the grandparents tonight. As for the sugar cream pie, well...... I guess I'll just have to look up a recipe online myself. Unless of course, you end nabbing an og copy and want to share! As for me tonight, with the holidays around the corner, I'm enjoying a nice big slice of panettone. Light on the stomach, fresh on the pallette.
@HobbitGamer Nope, you're not the only one. I'm not playing Pokemon Sword or Shield. My family usually give me one or two games for Christmas, so I tend to avoid buying new games in November and December.
I do want to eventually check it out being a casual Pokemon fan, but I want to play Mario & Sonic and New Super Lucky's Tale more.
@DenDen
I have never played Super Lucky's Tale on Xbox One but i will play New Super Lucky's Tale on Nintendo Switch.
I still haven't bought the game yet so probably i will buy it on December 2019.
@NotTelevision
I will consider Pokemon Shield on January 2020. Should i dress in Red outfit to match with Red logo of Shield ? 😅
Btw, i picked Sobble as my starter and i'm continuing the game right now.
@DenDen I have Super Lucky's Tale on PC, but only played the demo on Switch. Planning to get New Super Lucky's Tale after Christmas, just in event I get the game as a gift. Either way, I'm definitely going to play it. Love it on PC and like the improvements in the Switch demo.
@Anti-Matter Enjoy it when you pick it up. Given your taste in family friendly games, I have a good feeling you'll like New Super Lucky's Tale.
