SSB64: Kirby, Ness and Luigi SSBM: Kirby, Ness, Young Link, Peach, Ice Climbers, Marth, Yoshi, Shiek, Mewtwo and Pikachu. My main-main was Kirby and Ness-switch
SSBB: Kirby, Ness, Yoshi, Peach (again, Kirby and Ness as my primaries). And I use a few others just cause.
I'll use any character but Ike. Hate him.
I wanted to use DeDeDe and Meta Knight to rep. the Kirby series and my love for it- but the latter was TOO fast and I'm DDD is kinda weird (though I use him very sparingly).
We will have to wait for the next Super Smash Bros game, to see anymore tournament.
Have you even checked the Melee tournament scene lately? They just hosted Pound V for Melee about 2 months ago and that got and is still getting quite alot of attention. Sure the Brawl portion of it barely got any attention, but alot of SSBM fans are still talking about it. Revival of Melee 3 also ended about 5 months ago with a pretty crazy finals match and more than a few views for each of the videos. So yeah, SSBM still has a pretty big tournament scene.
Also, there will always be SSB64 tournaments as long as Isai is still playing...

If this is true, this E3 will be thousands of times better than the last.

And maybe we could have a Brawl Tournament this summer. We did one last year but the final match never happened due to someone having internet problems.

That sounds like a great idea! Might actually go through on that one.
Also, I was wondering if you guys played with items or not? 'Cause I tend not to. D:

Confirmed characters so far (I think): Pikachu, Link, Kirby, Mario.
Here's hoping for Samus, Fox, and Captain Falcon!

Oh, god! Mute the sound and this is quite possibly the best thing in the history of ever:

@turtlelink I would've won all of those matches last night if it weren't for that darn lag!
On a different note, I'm tired of everyone saying that Brawl is terrible and Melee is the only good game. Brawl really cleaned up the character list (if you discount Meta-Knight), and introduced a lot of new strategies. People only dislike Brawl because you can't wavedash, which, imo, broke Melee completely.

If that is true, I might die of pure excitement. Then again, Masahiro Sakura did say that they treated Brawl as the last game in the series...

Yeah, but it was bad enough to mess up my combos with Luigi.
Pfffff You call running around and trying to hit someone a combo?

Like tier-wise or clone-wise? Technically, the supposed "clones" in Melee had huge differences if you actually learned tech skill and Brawl is crazy unbalanced if you ever looked at the tier list. If you're playing an "A" tier character, you can pretty much destroy anyone else in "B" or lower. Also, Ganon and Meta-Knight have their own tiers. Not very balanced.

More like took them away. L-Cancelling, Wavedashing, Dash-dancing, SHFFL's and Spiking are all techniques that Brawl took out.
It did introduce tripping and simplified chain-grabbing, though. So, I guess those were some new strategies that they added.

Nope. Wavedashing didn't break the game at all. If not, it made the game more balanced because you can space more easily with all of the characters. Heavy characters rely on strength and spacing with wavedashing and light characters can rely on vicious, continuous combos. Makes it so the quicker characters can't completely powerhouse over the slower ones.

Didn't want to have to respond to that, but I just felt like I needed to. Brawl and Melee are both good games in their own merits.
