A Christmas Carol with Jim Carrey I thought was good, but perhaps Disney took it a little too far with the dark tone because there were some moments that were scary.
Hey, who wants to see the worst trailer in the history of trailers? I know you do!
If you don't think it's good at first, wait until about 1:25 when the music changes. Wow. Seriously. Wow.
Seriously.
I was super excited about this movie until the new trailer. Please please please please please please please please (please) please do not have this music in the actual movie.
I've also seen a bunch of clips on IMDB, and while it looks good, it doesn't look great. It has this sort of soulless feel, where it looks like they cared about nothing but being faithful to the book, just taking the lines on the page and making them into moving pictures without taking along the feeling behind them. Hopefully this impression does not turn out to be legitimized by the actual movie.
Is anyone really interested in Avatar? It looks good but that mixture of Starship troopers with Ferngully makes me doubt...also I am really getting tired of the MoCap animation
Avatar doesn't appeal to me at all. The Road looks interesting, but kinda scary at the same time. It's hard for me to describe. I want to watch it but I don't. X.X
This movie is going to be EPIC!!! (I hope) I remember watching movies like this with my dad when I was a kid. I've been waiting to see how amazing a remake could be if it's done right. I just saw the trailer and it was awesome!!! It's now my #1 most anticipated movie!
Haven't seen the Wrestler but Doubt was incredible. Seymore-Hoffman is one of my favorite actors, and he gave one of the best performances of his career in that movie.
The next movie I'm really looking forward to is The Fantastic Mr. Fox. I love the art style! EDIT: Oh, and Avatar! Just saw a bit on 60 minutes yesterday interviewing the director and going behind the scenes a tad--it's looking to be all kinds of awesome!

I saw that too.
It makes me wonder... what if this $55 MILLION production turns out to be a flop?
