Agreed that LockeX will cross paths with JackX after DesX's hit and run now. All X. Ok, then while in the hospital, Jin and Sun are also there and ... umm ... soemthing happens. Next up, SawyerX and KateX? Let's see ... Des lets himself get arrested for running down Locke, ends up in the police station with Sawyer, who is dealing with Kate after the bust in his X episode ... hmmm.

Ok. Wtf is going to happen when LockeX when he becomes enlightened to the real timeline!? Cause in that timeline he f**king dead and a demon has taken over his soul! This should be interesting......
Seeing Desmondo whizz around doing a 'Jacob', bringing everyone together? There's no way I can theorize about that. What's gonna happen when the Oceanic 6 come together in both timelines? My mind, and the Universe, will go boom!
If you notice the picture I posted on the previous page (in Widmore's office), there is two pictures on either side of the room. One has a light frame, one has a dark frame. The pictures of course, are parallel. This has convinced me that the two timelines we are watching are perhaps each others ying and yang. Again, which is which, I don't know.
I can't wait to see who the young lad is...
Popular theory is saying Jacob, but how the hell does that work? Is he stuck there like the whisperers? How can that be when Desmond and Sawyer both saw him. Perhaps Jacob reborn? Dunno.
About the whispers... I'm still not impressed. I hated that scene soooo much and am hoping we get a better description as to this truth, and not the lame "they are stuck" crap, which I hate! Saying that, I am presuming they mean stuck between life and the afterlife, the dreaded purgatory we have been disregarding since Season 1. Perhaps... and this is where I hope Lost may finally take us, this is set in a Multiverse and when you die your conscious shifts across to another. Why the island has them trapped I don't know. Is it for their sins? I don't know. I just know I hate the heavy religious spiritual overtone it suggests, which I have always told myself this show will avoid. The fact that they threw such a massive answer in so abruptly without really explaining it has me hoping for a more fleshed out and scientific explanation. We shall see.

As lame as the whisper scene was, and it was lame, I think it may have revealed some important info.
They are stuck on the island because of the things they did. Evil things. So the island is in fact a prison for the evil spirits. (reconfirms the wine bottle analogy). Though does this mean that evil Locke is a dead spirit? Was Jacob in fact a dead spirit as well? Will the chosen canidate have to die? Oh I can't wait until the blow the roof off of this show!
If Flocke and the whisperers do turn out to be evil spirits, I will cry a torrent of tears as my favourite show lames out big style!!!! >:[ Seriously, I won't take it well. But, I have spent enough time with this show to know it is capable of more. I shall reserve judgment till the end. tho' I'm scared

Meh, mostly filler this week in the ATL. Sayid was caught, Sun's baby is Ok, Jack meets Claire and Locke. Seems like they were setting everything up.
The island was really good. Granted it was mostly in the last two minutes. Jin and Sun's reuinion was pressing the waterworks barrier. Jack carving his own path and nearly getting blown-up! I thought for sure my girl Kate was going to get shot. Also, Desmond is still alive and well. I'm sure you all already thought that though.
Yeah, the ATL/X stuff was pretty much all set up. Most of it i was like, "okay, i know how this scene is going to go, Jack meets Claire, OMG you're my sister ... let's get back to the Island already!" The scenes were good though, with Sawyer and Kate, Jack and David, Ben and Locke ... oh, and the moment with Sun and Locke on stretchers was way cool. And another great Desmond "My work here is done" moment.
Island stuff is going nuts now! You just knew that the redshirt Locke-Others were going to get wiped out soon enough. Kaboom! Gotta wonder where Ben, Miles and Richard are at this point, and their take on Widmore's bombings ...
Next week, repeat of the Richard mini-movie, so while sad to wait for a new ep, i'll definitely watch that one again for the whatever-eth time. =)
So I've been thinking about who the candidate to replace Jacob could be and I couldn't think of anyone in particular. But as I was watching the episode it all seemed to click for me. It has to be Desmond, at least in the ATL. He is going around "touching" people to connect and eventually go back. His actions seem a little more blatant than Jacob's but it makes sense for me.

OMG I just opened this, interested to see what had been posted. Fortunately I remembered what day it is before reading anything. Watching it tonight, will be back then. Can't believe it's nearly over.
