Star Fox looks like a Wii port, I understand the Wii U can't handle PS4/Xbox graphics, but have you seen those textures? That's not really a pretty game.
What are you talking about? Are you looking at the treehouse event? It looks sleek.
Sleek? You think? It looks like a very, very early Wii game. It didn't look good at all...
They didn't even show Devil's third!! Oh my god i'm so mad right now!
But we already seen Devil's Third days ago in different directs. So one hand people complain they showed games we know about and on the other hand they want to see other games we know about.
Surely this means Devil's Third has been axed? Considering it was 'nearly finished' last E3 and now nothing? Not even a release date? Something seems wrong, there.
No, it hasn't been axed. Comes August 4th in Japan.
Y'know, while this suit is blabbing on, I'd just like to quickly share disappointment that it's been a year and we've still heard absolutely nothing about this:
Splatoon and the three prototypes are the first games to emerge from Garage, a new Nintendo development programme set up last year in which developers break off into small teams and work on new ideas. "There are increasing numbers of young staff at Nintendo's development studios these days," Miyamoto says, "and these young guys really want to express themselves." Work is done during office hours, but he compares Garage to an after-school club, in spirit if not in schedule. "Class time's over: they gather together and think about new projects completely apart from their everyday business assignments. When all of those projects have advanced to a certain stage, we gather together and exchange opinions on the outcome of each of them, and together we decide which ones should continue. We may have shown several software titles at E3 [that came from Garage], but there are many others in development too.
So Anakin kneels before Monster Mash and pledges his loyalty to the graveyard smash.
I really feel bad for those people who invested in a New 3DS.
Why?
There are seemingly no games unique for it, or the regular 3DS, that are coming down the pipe. I think that hardware revision will not be looked at fondly in the future.

So Project Guard has been merged into Star Fox? Not that I was looking forward to either of those 'Project' games but it's interesting. Star Fox looks a bit ropey graphically, I agree, but it seems almost intentional. Stuff seemed very angular, like the rings you were flying through, even to the scenery like the mountains. That's not down to tech limitations, so almost like they were going for a N64 type look but in HD. Very strange.
Well...at least we got Starfox Zero and Mario & Luigi Paper Jam!...Okay, yeah. This was bad. There is no tip-toeing around that. Was it as bad as 2008? No, but still pretty bad! Oh...and as for that Wii U Animal Crossing game:
Honestly that animal crossing party game was a huge slap in my face.
The metroid game was a even bigger slap in the face.
I only care about 4 games and all 4 games were games we already new about which was star fox: Zero, Xenoblade X, fire emblem and the fire emblem crossover.
I used to care about mario maker but that direct burnt all hype for it out of me.
Playing: Wargroove on Switch and Fire Emblem on GBA

Assuming they bought it only for the prospect of playing N3DS exclusive games.

Not having Zelda U really hurt this lineup, there was something mildly interesting games shown but no megatons. B-

I've seen it. The gameplay is Star Fox, that's great. But the visuals are pretty underwhelming, it has a pretty skybox, but everything else is rather empty and the textures don't look great either.
Here's something sad. Nintendo HAD stuff to show in Fatal Frame U and Devil's Third. But they opted to ignore them for the sake of Animal Crossing House Arrest and TOO MUCH Yoshi's Woolly World and Mario Maker footage
Currently Playing: Steamworld Heist, The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, Tales of Graces F
