Question: Is the screen on the original 3DS good enough to draw on? I'm thinkgin about getting this but i'm a bit afraid the screens wont be good enough.
The game has a zoom in feature aswell as a grid feature.
I'm planning on making a class on how to draw a dragon, but first I have to (learn how to)draw a dragon and make the class.
Anyone has a class or tips for making a class/dragon?

The screens are fine for drawing, but you gotta remember that the 3DS is just a toy. It does have it's limitations. But I love drawing on it. Check out the link to my gallery in my signature to see things I've drawn. And if you're on Facebook, check out the Art Academy group through. The work of some of the people on there is amazing! This one guy's work looks like they could be hung in an art gallery.

I'd love to get it but the high price point is pretty sucky for someone who doesn't draw much. Colours! 3D and AA First/Second Semester are great pieces of software but the price is much more reasonable : /
@ Waann and @ Victoria: I saw your paintings and I really like them! I search for some friends who want to share their paintings with me. Can you add me? You can find my friend code in my signature. I made some paintings too with NAC, you can see them at my website: http://doritoz007.deviantart.com/gallery/.

Very nice paintings! I've just added you, you can send me your work if you want.
At the suggestion of a friend, I tried drawing a self-portrait. I think it looks a bit weird but then again, so do I. XD

@Doritoz007 - I've added you. And I followed you on DiviantArt as well
@Waann - I saw your self portrait over on Facebook. Brilliant job on the lighting. On Facebook you mentioned that the pastels were becoming your favourite tool. They are nice to use on AA, aren't they? I've never used them in real life before, but I like the way they blend. I'd like to try them for real
Would you mind adding my Friend Code as well?

Thank you! Yes, they are a little easier to use than paint and the results are great. I have two boxes of pastels (one I bought, another I won somehow) that I've almost never used because I couldn't adapt well to them, it's very different from drawing with pencils. But I don't know how well pastel layers would work in real life (fixing the drawing every time you need lighter colours). I'll try anyway.
I'll add your FC right away.

@KaiserGX There are lessons on how to draw a fish, a man's head, a statue of the human body, and an exercise in wich you need to draw a horse.

@ Waann & @ Victoria thnx for the lesson! I read the steps and they are easy to follow and the painting looks really nice! I will try to complete the lesson soon so I can send mine. If I have other new paintings then I will send them to you.

The YouTube video is an art lesson ... with a funny twist to it. It's in relationship to a fresco painting of Christ that some woman attempted to 'restore' but totally ruined. Here's an article about it, if you want to see the before and after pictures. It's been all over the Internet recently. http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2012/aug/24/spain-europe-news
In other news .... here's my latest drawing inspired by Seurat in the pointilism style

Oh, I saw that, poor lady she was only trying to help.
And you did that with the pencil right?
