The starters will be squirtle, bulbsaur and charmander.

Anyways, I'd like for the new starters to do something different with the secondary types. Fire/Fairy for example would be interesting.

The second gen starters will be the back up special starters you get with mega stones.

There has to be a Grass starter, Grass starters are the best.

Why not just give the player the choice of one from ALL of the starters from every generation?

That wouldn't be fair unless they give all of the other starters Megas. And I don't see that happening.

I think we will see Mega Johto starters in SM, but for this to work we also need Megas of Sinnoh, Unova, and Kalos starters, which is a bit much. Plus, I think they'd like to save Sinnoh and Unova for future remakes.

I still want a Baby Nidoqueen like in the anime

Ugh, please don't jinx it. Blaziken was amazing, but Infernape was horrible. It's by far my least favorite fire starter. At least Emboar was a minor improvement.

I am totally for the Gen 2 starters getting Mega evolutions. It would give me even more of an excuse to use Typhlosion.

No more Fire/Fighting starters, ever. Three generations in a row I think we've had enough of that nonsense.

I just want to see a new type paired up with a starter. We've already had Flying, Poison, Ground, Steel, Fighting, Psychic, Dark, and Dragon if you include Megas. Personally since they're some of my favorite types I'd live to see an Electric or Fairy starter. Ice would be cool too and it wouldn't have to be Water either.

Also, I would love for Gen 2 starter Megas. As long as they don't completely ruin Feraligatr since he's my favorite starter ever.

Ya. I recall bashing Digimon pretty hard for having stupid looking monsters, but Pokemon keeps on trucking. Pretty soon we'll have a Pokemon that looks like an HDTV or car, that are hopefully legendary; the power inside will make an exception of this.

Ghost type starters would be fun. Or fairy type. But I can't think how they could be used together. Hmm.

Can we have Detective Pikachu as a capture Pokemon?
