Aw that Grimmer looks cute with its pineapple lip and teeth.

Why is the leaker only putting out one scan (that isn't even the full page), and leaving us with text descriptions for everything else? If you're going to do something, finish the job. XD

Might've been caught or interrupted taking photos. Assuming the leaker is somebody that sells the magazine (gets a hold of them early to put on shelf) he could've been busy with work and missed out on time to get all the images uploaded.

Would also explain why we don't get full scans in a day and usually we get new pages for the next 2-3 days instead.

Could also be something silly like ran out of photo space.

It's currently 03:18 AM in Japan, any new updates will probably happen in about 6 hours at the earliest.

On the plus side, since the sludge pokemon looks ugly people will have to stop complaining about ludonarrative dissonance.

The leaker probably did this to us and Serebii on purpose. We all know that only evil people purposefully make cliff hangers.

Disappointing that Alolan Grimer is Dark type. I mean come on — Alolan Meowth, the Rattata line, and now Grimer are Dark types.

I don't know if they're doing this to 'make up' for the void of Dark types in Gen 1, but I just wish there was a bit more variety with the types of the Alolan forms. I guess we do have Icetails, Alolachu, etc... Just please, no more Dark type variants.

So is Type: Null's evolution going to be the manmade Anti Christ as the opposite to Arceus?

I always kind of thought that was supposed to be Giratina.

Arceus would be god himself while giratina would be more like a fallen angel going by religion compariacy.

Anyway, corocoro scans finished. Those "unconfirmed" leaks are confirmed as true and type: null's evo, silvadi, has literally arceus's ability and judgement, type change on a specific item held.

You're counting Grimmer too, right?

Type: Null's evolution looks awesome. Jangmo-o's evos are really cool looking too. We're now at 50 officially revealed new Pokemon (leaked starter evos, Alola forms, and that Cutiefly evo in the screenshot aren't counted)

The new guys are fine, I guess, but I'm not seeing the spark that the better pokemon designs have. I think they're a little too visually complex without a strong enough motif, if that makes any sense.

If you're talking about the dragons, I agree. Something about their pose seems off too, I don't know. It's similar to that Haxorus thing, I like the first stage, but the second and third get worse over time. Grimer is kinda meh, hope that Muk's cooler. I like the new form/evolution of Type: Null though.

Haxorus is no less different than Rhydon. Both great monster/kaiju-esq designs.
