By the way, where do you guys get your information for this game? If I had actually managed to catch all 6 that I have seen, I would have just stopped playing the Safari without ever knowing there was a seventh if I hadn't come here. And I've noticed people on here knowing what the Monday updates will entail ahead of time. Where do you find this stuff out?
Edit: Okay, after typing this I Googled it and found pokemonshuffle.com (makes sense), but even that only mentions six Pokemon in the Safari this time, with no mention of Phione. How do you know it is in there?
I use serebii when the Safaris come out because they usually have the info up quickly. Plus, on Miiverse there's a guy I talk with who gets stuff from translating Japanese. I am sure there is an easier way, but I've never had to look myself.
He has only been wrong one time...and it was this week! He said more main stages were coming today, but apparently that's just this month. There is a Garachomp mega stone event later this week, by the way.

I don't mind doing the safari over and over till I get what I need because I'm getting 610 coins from the Staryu stage every time. I have seen it at least 8 times today.

The Staryu stage definitely makes it bearable. I have lots of money now because of it...well, more than I've ever had anyway. Finally found and caught Garchomp! I had no idea what the stage would be like, but I'm glad I went with Dialga! Don't think I'll try for Phione; it's too annoying to throw so much much effort into this game when you have other things on your 3ds to play.
I would have never guessed Weezing was so useful until I played a HeartGold Nuzlocke! My YouTube Channel! Video game related, of course! My Pushmo Levels
Okay, so I've now caught them all except for Phione (three of them got the super bump up after I missed them the first time, so I just went ahead and used the Great Ball since I had almost no shot at missing them with it, and one I finally caught normally). I'm sure you guys are right, but I see no where on the site that @Klimbatize mentioned that says Phione is a part of the Safari or that it only has a 1% chance of appearing. I don't know how else you would get it since it is at the end of all the other Safari Pokemon, but still, I don't want to waste my time continuing to play the Safari for no reason.
Well I caught another 2 in my first play session this morning. Also got Staryu stage again. I've built up some coins finally and for me having over 10k and not needing to spend them is something. I'll continue on this safari for as long as I need to and maybe get another 10k in coins.

The way I get my information is just talking to other people who play the game. A lot of Japanese players break this stuff instantly. Don't know how they do it.

I was beginning to think it wasn't real. I guess I will continue to grind.

I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...
@Klimbatize: I know it wasn't directed at me, but thanks anyway for sharing the tips on S-ranking Chesnaught. I'm going to get to work on Lv.Maxing Arceus, Snorlax, and Lickilicky right away now that I've finally caught Phione in the Safari.
Also, I'm sure it's just a coincidence, but Phione finally appeared for me when I changed my fourth Pokemon to Arceus. I've been using the Lv.Max team of M-Venusaur, Sceptile, and Swampert the entire Safari and nothing has given me any trouble.
What is the meaning of life? That's so easy, the answer is TETRIS.
@Spoony_Tech If you don't care about catching them all, then it's not worth the grind. Phione has a base attack of 60/max 80, and its power is Crowd Control, which can be very useful, but there are enough powerful Water types that he's not necessary. I will likely use him though in some situations.
@sykotek I also bought every available powerup (except Exp) so it did cost me a lot of coins. Also took me two tries. :/
Gotta keep that combo as long as possible.

@Klimbatize: Thanks, I figured you knew what I meant on my post. I'm going to keep going at it a few more days at least as I've gone from about 7k coins to almost 16k in about a day. It's worth it for that alone.
Also I only had to do Chesnaught once but I was sweating bullets there at the end as I ended up 5944th place. Just over 39,1k. It was going to have to do as I used up all my coins. Now I want to build up before spending that much again.
I've now caught all except for Phione. I still haven't seen his stage and if I did I would most likely spend coins to get him. Almost to 20k now and I'm happy about that.

So I finally found Phione but I couldn't make any good matches for the life of me. I am sitting at the "Would you like to use one of your Jewels to recover 5 moves?" screen and I could buy Jewels and keep going (I have plenty of coins to use a great ball) but is it worth it? Should I just try to find it again or should I buy a jewel?
