I don't need to catch them all lol. It's far too easy for me to just turn it on instead of my other games and get a quick fix.

It is a nice offer, but yeah, still overpriced.

I haven't spent money on the game either, and only would if I could buy something that was a permanent upgrade, like 10 hearts regenerating.

I have spent maybe $6 on this game so far. I think $5 for 12 Jewels is really worth it, especially since I am trying to catch up before the next big update lol

I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...

@Morpheel: That's pretty much what I did. If everyone that dl'ed the game just spent one dollar that's still over 4 million dollars and I doubt it cost that much to keep this game going.

I'll never spend money on this game lol. It's fun, but not enough for me to spend money on.

Just wondering, have you checked your Activity Log for how many hours you have put into it?

@DefHalan: Yeah. Almost 5 hours. It's fun, but not fun enough to spend money on IMO. I play it every few days.

@Nintendo_Ninja: Oh, yeah I have over 80 hours into it. A few hours are probably just leaving my 3DS open waiting for them to recharge, but this game was totally worth money for me. Pokemon Battle Trozei was fun but no where near Pokemon Shuffle imo.

You don't need the game open to recharge hearts.

I was going to say something but I would hope after 100 hours he would know that.

He likely does, but in case there's an off chance he or someone else reading this doesn't, I wanted to help a brother out.

Does anybody have any tips on S-ranking Chesnaut or whatever that little white ball guy is, it's like Expert 22 or something. I only have it and the next one to S-rank, but I can't even come close to the time needed even with buying all of the upgrades (fortunately it's a 3-pokemon level so I don't have to spend 9000 coins on a Complexity -1 each time I try). I've tried both Blaziken and Heracross as my Mega, and I think I did better with Blaziken. That one that does the V-pattern as its Mega (can't remember it's name) is also an option, but I haven't tried it yet because it is so much weaker than the other two.

I know but sometimes I leave it open because I get distracted or when I will get a heart in 5 minutes.

@Klimbatize:
In regard of helping a brother our, can you give me some advice for level 100 of Cresselia? It is really hard and I tried with both Interference Delay and the Mega Speed up to no avail. I'm even thinking about trying the stage with Ampharos evolved as it destroys the ice more thoroughly than with Mega Banette.

by the way, does the competition gives something at level 150? and how far have you gone?

@Xyphon22: I'm also not able to S-Rank Chesnaught, he's the only one I have left. The highest I got was an A-Rank. I've read people are having success with M-Aerodactyl, Genesect and Heatran. It is also suggested to use Time+ and Mega Start, but avoid Disruption Delay. I tried just yesterday after hitting my coin limit, but after failing to S-rank twice, decided to level up my Mega capable Pokemon instead, just started on Pinsir now. Once I'm done, I'll try Chesnaught again. I don't recall Delphox giving me any trouble at all though, there's no trick to it, just work fast, so I'd just keep trying.

What is the meaning of life? That's so easy, the answer is TETRIS.

@Xyphon22: For Chesnaught, I used a maxed Audino, Arceus, and Snorlax. You can sub out Snorlax for Lickilicky or Blissey. Basically you want the highest-powered Normals with Arceus. I used Mega Start, Disruption Delay, and Time +10. What you must do is trigger Arceus' Double Normal as soon as possible. His power makes all other Normals in the combo do 2.5x damage, including himself. In a four Pokemon stage I prefer using Mega Gengar over Audino because he enables me to keep a combo going longer. And that's the key, you must keep the combo going as long as possible. The longer you do, the more damage your Normal guys do, and it makes using them worth it over super effectives.

I used this for the last Blaziken competition and I finished in the top 200. If you looked at the top 5 scores from that, four of them used the Normal strategy I just described.

For timed levels, this is the best strategy because you can keep the combo going on for a long time. In non-timed, the Normal strategy is not as effective as using super effectives.

Hope this helps.

EDIT: @maceng How leveled are your Pokemon? By level 100 I was using all maxed out Pokemon. I used Mega Banette, Giratina, Genesect, and Gengar. Powerups helped me push through.

The only reward after 100 is at 200, which is another Speed Up candy. Not worth it, I've heard, as around level 150 it starts getting to the point where you need powerups quite often to beat levels. Not worth the coins/hearts if that's the case.
