What determines which pokemon gets the extra experience, times they were triggered or amount of damage?

@Spoony_Tech: On page 51 of this thread, I made an extensive post that explains just about everything about EXP.

The double experience from a level (the crown), goes to the Pokemon whose icon was removed the most during that battle.

@Klimbatize: Well thanks for responding. I think I read some of that and said no way I'm reading all of this. See where that got me.

Did the challenge a couple hours ago and got about 35k. Landed my inside the top 3000 so I should be good. Only spent 9000 coins as well because of the 2 freebies I had.

Wow, just encountered and beat Phione for the second time. Already caught him the first go round though, so nothing special, just thought I'd report it. Was hoping to encounter Staryu or Starmie instead.

Apparently we're getting a Darkrai Escalation battle next week, as well as new stages (finally) and possibly one more Expert stage.

I still have a lot of S ranking to do. I'm still only up to the Mewtoo stage in the expert.

I still have lots of S-Ranking to do... I hope I can at least finish the one level in particular before the new stages come lol

@sykotek: Haven't encountered yet, but I kind of gave up on it. After placing among the first 1,000 on two of my 3 3DS, I think that I'll try to get Phione.

Placing in the top 1,000 for the challenge, I meant.

@maceng: There's still plenty of time for you to encounter Phione in Safari. I only started playing Safari again because I'm both out of money and still need to level up Pokemon for competitions and S-ranking. I've since given up on it though, I just don't encounter Staryu and Starmie enough to bother with Safari. I'm back to grinding Meowth now in the meantime. Should still have plenty of time to start the competition and place decently enough before it all ends. ...wow, you placed in 1K without Phione? Good job.

I just used Mega Blastoise, Kyogre, Sceptile and Milotic, all level 9. I heard that Phione starts at 60 so itr wasn't worth it for me.

Managed to get Gible and Phione to lvl max, hopefully I'll get a mega speedup for once

Still haven't seen phione and there's less than a day left. Any way to give more chance it'll show up

There is always a 1% chance that he will show up.

Finally managed to get Braxian and Mootoo, now for the S rank farming...

I remembered to buy the mega start and extra moves this time nd profited 4k. That's by far the most I've ever made. Glad i asked and thanks again for all that suggested using ghosts.
