In Monster Hunter Online, fire attacks from the Raths actually set grass aflame. I hope we'll see that in the console series before long. That could add another neat dynamic element to hunting.

Moving to it after the CB got nerfed, and every single style is good (personally prefer aerial).
In the main game, Energy Charge charges super quickly, and the level II and III versions give you a 10%/30% boost to your affinity on top of refilling your sword gauge like the base version.
Demon Riot gives a massive attack boost, and only runs out when the energy in your sword does... which can easily be recharged before it runs out because Energy Charge charges really quickly.

Is this out 15th July? I dunno if to wait for this to come out or re install and sink in to monster hunter ultimate? Seems pointless if this is out in 2-3 weeks.
Dual blades are ridiculously fun to use with aerial style.
I never use DB's much, but i tried this out yesterday after reading that and it was very enjoyable. I got alot more mounts with DB aerial than any other weapon so far. Felt smoother with DB's but maybe I'm just starting to get used to the flow of aerial.
I didn't care for aerial style with most of the other weapons, but it just feels... right with Dual Blades. DB are fast anyway, and using them with aerial style makes fights hyperaggressive on my end. Particularly when you go into demon mode or max the demon gauge before going back to non-demon mode, as you perform this awesome little slicing move automatically when jumping at the monster. I love it.
And this is coming from someone who never even bothered using DB in 4U.
^ARGH! That looks like a really good First prize...I actually want to jump on that if a US equivalent pops up...I mean, that's my top 4 most-wanted 3DS games right there...
