Also, never brought it up before I don't think, but when I saw some gameplay videos...it seemed like they took out the whole "bunch of bills bursting out" thing. You know how in the original you did something like cause the ceiling fan to spin and a crapload of bills came out? I hope I'm wrong, I enjoyed that feeling like you hit the jackpot or something. xD
(also, they better bring back the gold mice and light-blue ghosts, lol)

I could see it being less emphasized on money at least, because of the game actually be a full sized game and not being a launch title so using a silly excuse to get a high score isn't necessary.

Well the only point of the money was so Luigi could renovate the mansion at the end of the original game.

I don't see that happening in this one, as there are multiple mansions, and technically, Luigi doesn't own them. Or does he? That would be a good end-game thing. What if, Luigi went into the realty business, and de-ghosted haunted mansions and then sold them?

No I'm not confirming it's in the game. I'm just saying if they put in a Punch-Out!!! reference in a game about ghosts, that guy seems like the perfect fit.

I thought the original Luigi's Mansion was pretty fun, but when I was finished I was not interested in replaying it for a better ending. I have a feeling it would be the same for this one: beat it and forget about it.

Well I enjoyed hunting down those gold mice, it was fun. xD

I played the original at least 4 times before I got a new game for my Gamecube back in the day. That was my first game.

I wonder what the realease trailer gonna look like? Rest assured my cousin gonna have a heart attack when he see's this. He been looking up this for years! Only to find random fan art.

I was thrilled when I saw this as well. I loved completing the first Luigi's Mansion several times. I thought this game was good for either 3DS or Wii U. The only thing I don't like is waiting until December 2012 to play it

Holiday 2012 could mean November or even October at the earliest. I'm hoping October somewhere around Halloween as that would be most ideal. They could market it really well then. Either way my guess is this game will be the earlier Holiday release, while Paper Mario will be the December 2012, closer to Christmas release.

This game is going to be unbelievably awesome, calling it now.

Dark Moon scares the bejeezus out of me because it sounds like that Twilight film, New Moon.
