When you rest a character, they drop 2 levels (not a big deal, trust me) and all their skill points can be reassigned. You won't lose any points (aside from the 2 you lose when dropping levels) from doing this, and you can distribute them better since you have more experience with the class. You will also lose your subclass, but you can easily assign a new one right away. Your equipped equipment will return to your inventory, so just put it on again and nothing will go lost. I've rested my units probably 6-7 times trying to find the best combinations, and I've finally found the ideal one for my whole party.
You should try switching to Normal if things are going smoothly with you. It's much more thrilling that way, and your medic will actually get some use. EOIV was my first EO as well, so don't worry, you won't be steamrolled right away. There's also an achievement for beating every boss in the game on normal difficulty.
We might wanna switch threads if we're gonna continue the discussion, don't wanna go too much off track.
Well, that's useful to know. I remember the game mentioning the rest feature, but I didn't know it was so handy!
While this thread has never been much for staying on topic, I see your point. I'm going to have to step out now, though, and finish preparing to head out. It was a pleasure talking with you. Thanks for the tips!
Your true face... What kind of... face is it? I wonder... The face under the mask... Is that... your true face?

Great game, good difficulty, fun gameplay, amazing soundtrack, a good amount of enemy reskinning though it's not too bad, plenty of content, slight weapon imbalance, online is good, but matchmaking is lackluster, and one more online mode would add more variety
Best game on the system right now is MH4, which will be dethroned by MH4U when that comes out next year
I give the game a 10/10 because I score my games based only on how much I enjoyed them, all else is ignored.
I just noticed I haven't posted here in a long time

@AddaDashofSalt Well I just wanted to come here for saying that I can't give a score KIU because I never played it. A solution would be to play the game first, then give it a score.

@GuardianKing Haha, thanks. I felt the need to have a decent Persona themed avatar considering how awesome the game is, so I spent quite some time cropping this from some picture somewhere on teh interwebz~ Also, I noticed your PSN is Neku Sakuraba. (TWEWY ftw) There seem to be so few JRPG fans around NL these days. ._.
Anyway, back on topic: I would probably give KIU a 6/10.
