Topic: Just bought a new 3DS XL $149...Have you seen this design??

My wife has been a Mario Bro's fan ever since the original Nintendo console came out. She's currently still playing on a GBA. I thought for Christmas I's surprise her with the 3DS XL in her favorite blue color. I was able to get a Walmart manager to honor the Target Black Friday sale price of $149 this morning! Awesome I didn't have to wait in an early line at Target! Anyways, They had 2 different models in Blue. One had graphics on the cover so I got her that one:

While I was doing my home work before buying one, I hadn't seen this graphic yet. Have you seen this one before?
I have no idea if it comes bundle with a game or not, it was the same $199 price as the plain blue one. They only had a few like this.

These came out a couple months ago in advance of Pokemon X/Y. They're sold out at a lot of places, so you were lucky to still find one.

Does it come with a code for a free game? Also, can you tell me it comes with a way to charge it? I don't want to break the seal on the box, and want to make sure she'll have what she needs to get started. From what I have read here, I'm not real sure if it does.

Pokemon is not included. Since it seems you're in the US, it does include a charger.

That's actually a lucky find! Special edition versions like that sell out quickly and go way up in price very soon after they initially disappear from stores, so good for you grabbing one at regular price.

Great system to pick up, it's a lovely design! Yes, a charger will be included since you're in the Americas, but this pack doesn't include a game - it's just the system, but as has been mentioned, it is one of the two limited edition Pokémon X / Pokémon Y designs released in September.

Since it's Black Friday week this week, it might be the perfect time to go out and grab one or two really good games on the cheap!
