It's also easier when you've imported some demons from your clear-file. First time through, it will probably be Loki (powerful attacks + crazy resistances), second time it better be Lucifer.

I never beat it before...
Anyway, the only battle where I really struggled is Belberith. All the others in this Kingdom of Saints walkthrough have been pretty easy

I think most of the general series (Megami Tensei) take place in Japan. I know SMT IV did for a major part
The main Shin Megami Tensei games (I, II, III, IV) have to involve Tokyo city in one way or another (which is why Strange Journey didn't become MegaTen IV in the end, even though it was supposed to be).
The series mostly takes place in Japan as a whole, though.
I forget, is there an option to turn off voices? I like the music, but I have no desire for Midori to assault my eardrums again.
Lol, I believe there is. Are you that far yet. She really doesn't appear till about 7 hours or longer in the game.
Plus I see you joined the Kenshin Bandwagon?
Haven't started yet, but I felt a bit of stomach twist when I remembered some of the voice acting. I usually like Atlus' dubbing efforts, but...
Kamatari is mai husbando... <3
Best shounen anime I've ever seen, to this day. At least, until the Kyoto arc ends. Then I switch to the manga and pretend that the last chunk of the series doesn't exist.
At least you can read the Jinchuu arc at your leisure these days. I remember reading it when your only option was haunting the scanlation sites, praying they didn't drop it after the latest poorly translated chapter.

Well outside of her voice and some of the less important sdf drones the other voices are exceptional and we'll done.
As foe the last season of Kenshin, yeah I can't bring myself to finish it. I got to episode 65 and said I had enough lol. Seen it done it and don't want to do it again. There is far better I'd rather watch 10 more times over that last season or arc!

If I was only ever able to have Monster Hunter and EO games in the future, I would be a happy man.

I don't know, I guess games like Persona 4 Golden and SMT IV have elevated my expectations for voice acting in Atlus games somewhat. I didn't really care for Yuzu's voice, and it's hard for me not to hear Shinji Ikari in anybody Spike Spencer voices unless he's actively changing the way he usually talks (Ringabel, for example). The other voices are okay, though. I just wish Atlus had made the game dual audio.
That's not a bad idea, though: I might leave the voices on until Midori shows up. And then disable it until I'm sure she's gone for awhile.
Things usually go to hell in an anime if they decide to ignore the manga after a certain point. In the cases where it doesn't crash and burn, monotony sets in. That's one reason why I'm excited that Sailor Moon Crystal seems to be following the manga's pacing so closely. Each episode has actual plot progression.
Ok, so I'm starting to get into some heavy decisions now. Day 3 and I'm running out of time with this Devils Fuge. So many paths to take lol. If anything it's all nerve racking.

Not sure where I'm at just yet but I went with Honda Kaido battle so not sure if that's even a path tbh.
All battles are required with a few exceptions. I know a couple of optional ones were Black Frost and Gin vs. Azuma (which is required for Gin's path).
Anyway, I just did the following strategy for my paths:
-Yuzu: nothing. Her path always appears
-Amane: view all of her events and say you are interested in her idea. She's the second-easiest
-Atsuro: view all of his events, gather intel on the server, and view Azuma's events (and others) when prompted
-Gin: he's a toughie
-talk to Haru every chance you get. Make her trust you and always pick the choices that will comfort her better
-view all of Gin's events. When he sends you e-mails, be sure to pick "tell me more about Haru, and then Aya (later)"
-gather intel on Aya and talk to others when prompted
-view Atsuro's events so that you can gather intel on the server. In other words, you might as well unlock both Gin and Atsuro
-Gin will eventually set up a meeting with Azuma. There will be an optional fight. Gin has to survive and Azuma has to be defeated.
There's also a Kaido and Naoya paths, but they have no overlap with these paths from what I understand
