My main problem with the first was a boring story and characters. If they fix that for this game, it could be brilliant.
The visual and audio presentation and the battle system were all brilliant.

From what I heard the story is even worse than the original and it improves nothing but the gameplay and visuals. The music, in my opinion, is bland in Bravely Second and not even rememberable.

Don't get me wrong, I want the collector's edition, but that is almost highway robbery.
I wonder what just the game will be going for?

P.S "rememberable" isn't a word. You're looking for "memorable".

The original had a pretty good story... the pacing in the second half was just terrible.

The music was my favorite part of the original game, and now its terrific score has been replaced by standard JRPG music.

That's doable. I think the first one was 39.99 for the game and 49.99 for the special edition.

What I find funny is that the demo is promised to last 10 hours alone. Even that is a bit longer that some of the modern AAA games at whole. Then again, RPG's tend to last longer but still...

Too many 3ds games coming out that I want this year. It feels like 2013 all over again. I still haven't finshed games from 2013 then alone need to pick anymore up. Yes I want this but still haven't beat the first one yet. Same with Fire Emblem. I feel I am falling so far behind I'll pick this up 3 years from now. I'm going to have to pick and choose what I buy this year as all it will do is go right to my backlog.
