To get the roost, you have to have the museum with the second floor for a certain amount of time and Blathers will suggest you to build the roost in town.
Oh! And I now have the option to build the dream suite. I decided to build a campsite first though.

Did anyone realize that if you add someone in another town you don't know and BF them it adds them to your friends list?! That's crazy!

I think the expansion you're talking about for the museum is the create-your-own exhibit type thing on the second floor with Blathers' sister, Celeste. The Roost is in your town I believe, as a public works project

Question: When will Reese's husband wake up at the Re-Tail? Are we supposed to do something?
I believe either a certain amount of items have to be sold to Reese, or a certain amount of days must pass from becoming mayor. Also note that Cyrus will fall asleep if you have your town gate open.
