I have watched two presents on balloons float past already and I'm already on my second day. Too bad they won't sell me a darn slingshot already. I had to get a fishing pole from town hall since they have just had the shovel and bug net two days in a row now.
Today's fortune cookie sucked, but I have to say, probably the coolest thing I got so far was from yesterday's cookie (Midna's hat)

My patience isn't working so well.
I keep looking for an excuse to play today (being my 2nd day) besides just fishing, but it seems like I've done all of the important stuff for today, and I can't unlock more until like, a week into this according to what I've read online.
I may want to find someone's town to visit to buy more stuff or something.

I'm right there with @Konata. Not having a slingshot means these floating balloon-presents are TAUNTING me like crazy. I'm considering ambushing Timmy and Tommy to scold them on how to properly supply their mayor with the necessary tools needed for a happy life
