It's unacceptable to be in 2013 and not have an eshop account linked to an email and password

Nintendo expects people to buy retail games from the eshop when they will lose everything if something happens to their system. If your 3DS gets lost,broken or stolen you lose everything.

If the 3DS eshop had a password and email system then it would be great to download retail games as sd cards are cheap and it's convenient

If you troll and bash a system you claim you don't want then why are you paying attention to it?
