Many of you reading this may well have completed, or at least played a portion of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild over the past few months, but did you overcome that lengthy quest using only Donkey Kong bongos? Nope, we thought not.
A YouTube and Twitch streamer known as ATwerkingYoshi, someone who has worked on similar projects in the past such as playing through Dark Souls 3 with bananas for controllers (yes, really), has modified three pairs of the aforementioned bongos to work with the game. You can see the bongos in action as he takes on one of the game's bosses in this video below.
It might not be the most comfortable, useful, or even remotely logical setup to play through Link's latest adventure, but we completely approve of the nonsensical creativity nonetheless. ATwerkingYoshi talks a little about how he created the setup in this blog post if you're interested in knowing more.

This is hilarious and amazing. The best run I've done is a no stamina 13 heart run. Planning on foing a 3 heart run soon.

I am now working on a pickaxe and rake only motion setup to play Stardew Valley with. It will of course be outside only, thanks to the portability of the Switch. It will require ore and topsoil. Please...send gemstones!
This seems like one of those crazy and pointless things that someone did just because they could.
@NinjaAceTrainer This gives me a great idea; imagine playing ARMS with these! Like, both players will have two sets of bongos, one for movement, the second for throwing arms. Seems like it would be a crazy way to play the game.
Who hasn’t beaten Odyssey with a zapper and slice of toast? I’m currently trying to get S+ in Splatoon 2 with a DDR pad and a cat. The cat doesn’t appreciate my art.

I would start twitching about halfway though this (can't say what I'd normally say since it is offensive in the UK) and I'd just get killed every 5 seconds. I would likely forget halfway though what pair of bongos does what.
