Xenoblade Chronicles 3D arrives soon on the New Nintendo 3DS, so fans of the Wii game - or those yet to experience the Monolith Soft RPG - don't have long to wait. It's a substantial undertaking, but is nevertheless hugely rewarding - we're full of praise for it in our Xenoblade Chronicles 3D review.
To celebrate the falling of the review embargo Nintendo's released a fancy new launch trailer; it's 3 minutes and 40 seconds long and comes with a spoiler warning at the start. It reminds us a little of the pre-release launch trailer for The Wonderful 101, in that it's spoilerific to a degree, but succeeds in building hype.
If you're up for some hype and are happy to acknowledge spoiler warnings, then you can check it out below.

Awesome trailer. Really captures the feel of the game, getting this to replay it since I can't find my old copy
I'm scared. How spoilerific is the trailer?
@RaccoonNinja28 PRETTY spoilerific.
I can't wait to get this game in my hands!
I played through half the Wii game, is anything spoiled beyond say 50 hours in?
Now I only need my Shulk amiibo. I have a pre-order waiting, because the first ones sold out in minutes.
@Spoony_Tech
Yes, there are spoilers. But not too much. Don't worry.
Took me 93 hours to beat the whole game on Wii, and I didn't even do 50% of the sidequests.
@DarthNocturnal
That's good to hear .. If you do get a chance to play it, all the random scenes will beautifully come together.
So when will Shulk amiibo be available on the Nintendo UK store to use with this? Absolute Joke.
Probably the biggest spoiler is in the first few moments, but that happens in hte first 5 hours of the game. There are a few scenes that could be serious spoilers if someone looked to hard. (e.g. 2:30)
I have my Shulk Amibos all I need is my n3DS and this awesome game. You better believe my hype meter is through the roof.
@TheAceofMystery It captures the "feel" you say. So does that mean you're "really feeling it" for this re-release.
@Chubblings Damnit I walked into that
@Spoony_Tech Yes I did the same as you and I can't believe I have been spoiled even though i'm almost done with the game
@Fidu When you think about it, Nintendo tends tp spoil a lot of their games in trailers, so...yeah. lol
I want to watch it so bad....but......spoilers.....ARRGH!!!!
It's pretty spoilerific at the very beginning, but after that there's only spoilers if you know what to look for.
Well that got improper fast. But I guess Nintendo is pretty desperate to sell this game to those who haven't played it yet, so better bring out all the big guns.
the EXCITEMENT..........Im really feeling it! This will be a great game to play when bored or just in general considering its going to take way more than 100+ hours minimum to complete not including quests and side quests and has a great plot.
