Review Mr. Driller W (WiiWare)
Drill, baby, drill!
That Mr. Driller W would be among the better puzzle games on the WiiWare service was somewhat of a given. It's a close relation to Dig Dug - a classic arcade series if there ever was one - and its own line of releases spans more consoles than you might have known existed. Mr. Driller has a long, rich and well-established history,...

Nintendo Download Mr. Driller W, Texas Hold'em Poker and Oscar in Toyland (EU)
The Virtual Console takes another break.
No huge surprises this week - WiiWare sees a game North America got earlier this week, along with Gameloft's latest, while DSiWare gets a single game already previously announced. Mr. Driller W is the latest in Namco's now quite well-known Mr. Driller series - A spin-off of the Dig Dug series, you play as the...

NoA takes a step back with only one game for each service.
It seems Nintendo of America has finally decided to take it easy for a week - There's only three new games this time. That's not to say they're bad though! For the Virtual Console there's Super Empire Strikes Back, the second game in the Super Star Wars series, which is based on the movie of...
First Impressions Mr. Driller World
The plucky arcade star comes to WiiWare!
The gameplay is so simple you would be right to wonder why a game like this wasn't released for the Atari 2600, and this is a large part of the attraction and part of the novelty: the idea of what is essentially a classic arcade game being released in 1999 when arcade games were almost exclusively lightgun...

I played the DS version but don't remember enjoying it that much.
I played the XBLA version and I loved it!
I haven't played any versions! Looks pretty decent though.
Definite buy.
Drill Spirits is/was good IMHO, though I don't own it anymore. There is going to be a DSiware version also hopefully with an extra mode over the Wiiware version (which is in Drill Spirits - Drillstone Driller mode I believe). Will probably get both wii and dsi versions actually!
I've played the original on the DC and in the arcades, the second one on GBA, Drill Spirits on the DS and I've got Drill Land for the Cube, so PLEASE finally release W in the W(est). I love the whole series.
No online? That's too bad. Guess I'll stick with the XBLA and DS versions.
This would be an instant buy if it were to ever be released in NA... but for some reason I am not too confident it will be.
Have more faith, antimarc.
Will wait for DSi version. I like Mr Driller but prefer it on handheld.
lol, Bass
The guy playing this reminds me of me playing this on the DC.
My initial response to this game was omg this is crap what a waste of money. One hour later... where did all that time go?!
I've been playing this game like crazy - every day, whenever I have even 5 minutes. It's like crack!
I liked the original Mr. Driller, so I'll get this one eventually.
