Topic: VC contest idea?

I'm been thinking about the games on the VC, and sometimes when a new VC game comes out, it's just a boring game. Why can not Nintendo let us vote for the new VC games?! My idea would be that every month u can vote for 5 retro games that will be available on the VC. Tell me what you think of this idea.

Instead of voting, I would like it more if Nintendo would actually give a crap about VC and actually work towards releasing some good games or even the games we couldn't play back then. Nobody cares for Urban Champion and yet they are releasing it like crazy.

Voting could actually help with hunting down those people who voted for it j/k

Licensing is probably a part of the reason.

They stopped releasing Urban Champion last year. That point is moot now...

I think Nintendo needs to just release more games a week, even Japan gets too few games per week.

It's simple. Nintendo can't please everyone.

It's simple. Wii U VC isn't a big priority for Nintendo. First party releases have been few and far between, and often unpopular games. There's no Sega games, no Square-Enix games, you can say licensing, but this wasn't an issue with the Wii. If Nintendo cared, they would just go get those licenses.

On the other hand, Capcom and Konami have been doing great at getting their classics on the VC.

They need to get Dreamcast & Saturn on the VC, along with the Wii Japan VC stuff in the west. They should at least have GC and N64 on VC by now. I like the idea of a vote system, but I'm afraid that will just show how little demand there is for VC

@SpookyMeths Actually Europe has 1 game which involves Square Enix, they're the publisher for the North American version of Breath of Fire which is coming out tomorrow. Whether this means we'll get Super Mario RPG, who knows but there's definitely a chance now.
