@DudeSean: No worries man I was just saying that I was the lucky ones that got Earthbound at regular price. Sorry if it came out like I was saying that you were saying I was one of those people. I really doesn't matter to me if you want to pay for a game once while I paid for it multiple times. I honesty don't care, I was just wondering why people thought that that's all. But as you saw a few posts above I figured it out. Thanks for just being patient with me while I figured it out.

@Tasuki Yep. You got it. And just an fyi, I wasn't saying that you ARE one of those people, I was saying that I thought that you were LIKE one of those people, because I thought that you thought that since you paid for the same game for full price more than once that other people should have to, just like how those other people thought that since they paid hundreds of dollars for their copy of Earthbound that other people should have to as well.

Did you really take nintendo should charge more for vc games that are rare ("rare... seriously?

@CountWavula: Well it's kind of difficult to release two of those games since their respective console isn't supported , but I do get your point. And I completely agree with your other point as well. What's even worse is when they complain about games or consoles that have been on the VC forever, like the N64 or Zelda. I mean if you want the game so badly then get it on the Wii VC.

As for this game, not bad, but there's waaaaaaaaay better beat em ups out there.

There may be a little better NES beat 'em ups out there but music to this game is 8-bit magic. Anyway, I will be downloading this fantastic game.

I hope this means DDII will be out quick. DDII is my favorite 8-bit beat em up and having co-op on 3DS would be perfect.

so i saw this has a 2 player story mode but i hear this doesn't have co-op, so what is the 2 player story mode?

People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...

Taking turns, like Super Mario Bros. 1.

Man I hope that Double Dragon II is not far behind. As much as I liked the first Double Dragon, two was alot better IMO.

@CountWavula: I would also love to see Battletoads/Double Dragon on the VC but that will never happen cause of Microsoft.

I don't think asking for cross-buy is ridiculous, but asking for it when Nintendo just barely setup some sharable features between their systems, is.

They only expect you to buy it on 3DS OR Wii U. Not both. I would never buy a game twice. It would be like buying Mega Man 9-10 on Wii and expecting the game to show up on your PS3 or Xbox 360. Capcom could have technically made that happen(not anymore, probably), but nope.

The Super Mario Bros. 3 VC release will probably... maybe... add a game share feature. Obviously, another system update would be required, and anyone that bought it on both would be screwed, unless Nintendo does refunds on that, which they probably wouldn't, because again, they didn't expect you to buy the game twice.

If they add cross-buy and game sharing, I'd say it will be safe to assume that all previously released games that you bought that are available on both systems will be redeemable under 1 NNID. The NNID basically represents these features, IMO, and makes these sort of things possible, so I've always had the gut feeling that they'd add these features.

I'm not counting on it, but the NNID DOES imply stuff like this will happen. Miiverse and eShop are already tied through the NNID. Now all they have to do is "mark" which games are available on both so that you can redeem the version on each system. The publisher would obviously have some say in this. I wouldn't mind EGDE, Shovel Knight, etc. to be redeemable on both, ESPECIALLY if I bought it on one and don't expect more than that.

I don't disagree with asking for it but expecting it is just ridiculous. If I am a retail owner, I'm not going to offer you a discount just because Joe across the street is.

SMB3 on the Wii wouldn't be a loss for me because I got it through Club Nintendo Coins I was going to lose anyways.

That is an outrage! You just lost one customer! I going to Joe instead of your store!

Umm… Care to have some gravy?

But @DarkwinLz has better quality. So which one do you go with?

@Super_Gravy and @ogo79

does this mean you both will be shopping on PSN instead of the eShop?

I did try to shop on PSN on PSP. Maybe I missed it but I don't see the Import PS1 games anymore.
So, since I got Alundra, the Rockmans I know of being released and Tomba already it's basically as good as out of business.
