So I'm doing the carreer on Hard difficulty, and I'm just wondering, is it humanly possible to make the controls work? I've heard people say that it can be done, but you have to do it a certain way. If there's anybody out there who's a beast at this game, can you give me some strategies?

Yeah, that was a bit of a letdown. The game just doesn't detect motion as well as it should, making the harder difficulties a pain in the ass.

If you're using two Wii Remotes it's a little easier, but otherwise as far as I know there's no guaranteed way of getting the controls to register 100% on the hardest difficulty. Good on you for sticking with it so long though!

I have it for the dreamcast. It is way easier to control. I still suck at it though...I might sell it.

I've tried every method I can think of. The controls are just borked.

I haven't had any problems with the controls, I do make sure I calibrate them before I start playing just to make sure. Yesterday, I completed the career mode on hard mode and superhard and the controls worked fine for me after calibrating them, using two remotes.

I honestly think it's quite a fun game, was gonna buy some DLC at some point

I love the game, I just wish the controls worked. But you say they do say it must just be me
So how do you recallibrate?

Do the Wii Maracas work as their own controllers and increase accuracy, or do they just attatch the Wiiremote and Nunchuck just for looks?

I had a really hard time with the controls too. I had gotten Helix at the same time and had a lot more fun with that than Samba de Amigo.
