Wow, in this day and age you'd think people would know how to use Google. You'd be amazed at the links "Rogue Trooper Wii" will get you on that search engine.

@TJ: calm down, dude, no need to bite heads off. i think irks was just making sure you knew the game had already been reviewed by NL, if you were interested in seeing a review as well as hearing if others were as excited as you are, apparently. :3
BEST THREAD EVER future of NL >:3

RT is almost 1 year old tittle in Europe, it is just a direct conversion of the PS2/XBox version, same graphics, etc. Do not expect anything exceptional, while it was considered a good FPS for PS2.
I really enjoyed this game (as evidenced by my review) and I think it's great folk in North America are getting a shot at it. I really need to replay and try out some of those cheats! If Rebellion can take another stab at Judge Dredd (I have yet to read anything good about the Gamecube game) to tie in with the upcoming film that would be much appreciated.
I also intend to get the Rogue Trooper books in the future; 2000AD has some great compilations out and I love what they've done with Judge Dredd!
Finally found it at the local Gamestop. The clerk didn't even know they had it, and was amazed when I told him they did (checked their inventory online before heading over). Got the game for $29.99 which is probably more than it was worth, considering I could probably have had it for less than $10 for the PS2 but it was Christmas and I owed myself a title I was interested in.
I agree with Sean's review, though I would rate it lower than he did, more along the lines of a 6.5 to 7.0 out of 10 (as opposed to the 8 out of 10 Sean gave it). The controls can be a royal pain (especially trying to zoom with the sniper rifle and the whole grenade issue with the nunchuk). However, that aside the game is immense fun. It would have been nice to have online capability ... which really seems to be an issue with most Wii games. Has Nintendo really set up a system that dissuades people from supporting Wii games online? I imagine they can be a bear of a financial burden (hosting servers, etc), but don't know if this is the case or not.
Anyways, I'm really enjoying this title. It's challenging, but not impossible on normal mode, so I'm definitely happy. It should tide me over until TvC arrives in stores at the very least.

I brought this game a few months ago and didn't like it. The wii controls was just too awkward and annoying for me, but in general it seemed like a decent game. Sold it afterwards.
I saw it at Walmart but wasn't sure if it was the same as the one Sean reviewed. I'll get it someday I'm sure.
Sean Aaron ~ "The secret is out: I'm really an American cat-girl." Q: How many physicists does it take to change a light bulb? A: Two, one to hold the light bulb, the other to rotate the universe.
Whew! For a second there I thought Rogue Warrior (the recently released game based on the Dick Marcenko books) was going to be released on the Wii.
