The graphics aren't even close to being on par with a 360 title, and not the best graphics on the Wii, like the developer said they would be.
Matty himself said the online only works some of the time. But don't worry, when it works you'll be addicted!
And then the AI thing has been said in several previews and by people who have played the game.
Everything besides the control scheme was done last gen, and the Wii handed the control scheme to these guys on a silver platter.
...
Heck, there's a ton of devs that get absolutely no credit for making great Wii games, yet nobody here even cares.
It's a sad, sad story.
Well, I think more game love threads are needed, I'm happy to start some myself; that should address your last post, but just because you don't find The Conduit as interesting as Little King's Story (I'll have purchased both at launch, so I'm able to share my love) doesn't make other's enthusiasm for the former invalid or imply disdain for other developers.
RE: your other points:
1. Game length sounds good to me; I don't regard a title I have to play for 5+ hours as short myself -- that will take me about a week of playing to the exclusion of all else. If it was 30-60min. I'd agree.
2. The graphics look quite comparable to many 360 titles I've seen in action. The graphics are amongst the best on the system presently and they were at the time. Of course since what one considers "good graphics" is subjective I think you're entitled to disagree, but I don't think it counts as a "lie" as you're so fond of repeating; more a difference of opinion.
3. I've yet to see any online gaming mode that works %100, so what?
4. I've not read extensive previews so I cannot comment on the AI, but I tend to prefer opinions based upon playing the final build. I have yet to see mention of the AI for good or bad in any review I've read (and I've read none; only watched the video).
5. Everything was done in the FPS years ago on PCs, forget about "last gen" -- again, so what? It doesn't exist on the Wii. Wii FPS choices are extremely limited; there is nothing else like this on the Wii now and I'm unaware of anything else similar in theme or appearance even being in the pipeline beyond Dead Space Extraction.

Actually Dead Space Extraction is an On-rail shooter, so the next one is Red Steel 2 if you count First-Person Slashers, then its The Grinder.
Red Steel 2 looks to be disappointingly more about waggle mashing your sword than shooting, but hopefully the first level demo is misleading. I haven't completely written it off yet, but the lack of any multi-player at all makes it the less attractive, between it and Conduit.

True, but Dead Space Extraction does have some free look sections apparently and it's still from a 1st person perspective -- I just didn't want to split hairs. When I said similar I meant in terms of the sci-fi theme; not just being First Person, which is why no mention of Red Steel 2.
