Posted: Sun 18th Nov 2012 21:42 GMT Hi guys, i just joined this forum today so I'm a newbie anyways today i called EBgames Canada in ottawa and they said that the Wii U is sold out. so When do U think moar Wii u's are gonna come in north america and restock? See what i did there?? The U in the sentence

They were still nearly impossible to find around here for the NEXT Christmas shopping season.

Posted: Tue 20th Nov 2012 00:37 GMT In terms of shipping numbers, NIntendo seems to be manufacturing at about 1.2 million Wii Us a month (for the world, with the majority probably going to the US and Japan). There shouldn't be many problems finding them after March for sure, and it's probable we'll see it happen earlier than that. As for pre-orders, I'm pretty sure Nintendo has stated that you'll be able to get a Wii U without preordering, at least in December. I wouldn't expect to just waltz into any store and find one, but I doubt there's been 3.6 million preorders, which is probably how many Wii Us Nintendo plans to make in this time period.
