The Tanooki/ Raccoon power up. It flys, slows down fall, have a tail attack, turn into a statue and is the second cutest power up in my book.

It's not a power up. You can't lose it and you can't gain it. FLUDD is your default state in Sunshine.
Now that I think of it, I haven't got too far in sunshine.....I don't think I even got a single power up in that game. There are power ups in that game right?
The racoon tail and tanooki suit in SMB 3 and I do really like the boomerang suit too. Cat suit is pretty up there as well.

I would count Rocket Nozzle, Turbo Nozzle, and to some extent Yoshi as powerups in that game.
