Topic: What Is Your Favorite Mario Bros Powerup?

Throughout the years, Mario has been given many powerups ranging from animals to weapons. Out of every Mario game, which powerup is your favorite? Mine is the Fire Flower.

I loved playing as a Koopa shell in New Super Mario Bros. A Koopa shell that could jump, was blue, and had cool sound effects.

Hammer Bros. Suit from Mario 3. It could kill Boos!

If there was one power up I saved for later, it was this one.

That, and the P glove, of course.

Hammer Bros. Suit, or whatever it was called from Mario 3. That thing was incredible. It could kill Bowser if you get the timing right. A shame they haven't brought it back.

Wing Cap from Mario 64 was always extremely fun for me, so that one. It also had nice music to go along with it.

@SheldonRandoms I can identify all but one of them. What game is the one with Mario holding the gun from? He's located in the center of the Giant Mario.

It was great. Naturally, I always lost it immediately or fell down a pit when I got it pretty quickly.

Kuribo's shoe is probably my winner. It might be the super rarity, the weirdness, or being able to step on anything.

Invisible or metal Mario.

Well I would have to go with the Hammer Bros suit from Super Mario Bros 3. It's such a darn shame that you get it so late in the game.

The feather it was always fun flying through the air in Super Mario World. I would actually go to Donut Plains 1 stage just to do that flying section with all the coins cuz it's just so awesome XD pretty dumb I know but I just find it to be really fun.

The ice flower was fun in Galaxy even if skating on ice is a pain to control. That one level where you wall jumped up the waterfalls has to rank up there as one of the best parts of a level in a Mario game.

That said the Cape in Super Mario World is probably the best powerup. It lets you fly and glide and it also lets you spin to attack enemies from the side. Plus if you fly up high you can smash into the ground.

The Ice Flower because it freezes enemies and skating was fun. Seeing that the cape and the super leaf have nearly the same ability, its a tie between the two of them although the Cape is slightly powerful than the super leaf.

I like the Boomerang as well.

Long distance attacks? Being able to grab an out-of-reach Star/Star Coin? Yeah. My favorite. Flying is cool, but this is better in my opinion.

I know, so hard right?! God, I love Bougarys work so much.
