Now I'm not talking like Halo or Sly Cooper. I'm talking about 3rd party games that might not have ever been released on Nintendo systems, let's say Psychonauts. That game was never on the GCN, but it was one of the few games that I bought on my Xbox and found it to be extremely high in quality. I wish more games like this from the old GCN days could get their second stride on the eShop, like Battlefront 2 and Oogie's Revenge. I'd love to see it, but I don't see it being very likely and don't even know if Nintendo would allow it.

They would probably just be considered eShop games rather than VC games. I would love to get all the Metal Gear and Resident Evil games that never got a release on a Nintendo system.
We could get any system not made by Sony or Microsoft on the VC, technically. And without the Wii's limitations holding it back, the VC could really be something special on the U just as non-Nintendo console games from the last few generations could get remade for the e-shop.
