I don't think it'll suck, considering Sega and Sonic Team knew what they were doing when they were making Colors and Generations. though I would prefer the Sonic Adventure control style

Personally, I thought Sonic Adventure was the beginning of Sonic's downfall. All those awful characters...
Still, the series has definitely been redeemed with Colours and Generations (though the handheld games were always great), so I can't wait to see what Sonic Team's next effort will be like. I kinda hope it'll be Wii U-exclusive, so they can really take advantage of the console's power and Game Pad.
