hi if you don't already know americans, in the uk you enter high school when you're 12 and the summer holiday is ending and i'm getting a new bag for school and i'm wondering if this http://store.nintendo.co.uk/merch-accessories/the-legend-of-z...
is too childish and if i should get it
I WANT IT sooo bad but worrying if i get laughed at
Anyway, if you were to enter my high school (in the USA, feeling the need to clarify because I'm confused over your location ) wearing that backpack, you'd get nothing but positive comments. Students who built the set for school plays always hid the symbol of the Triforce somewhere on set as ritual, Zelda had such a high regard there.
That said, I don't know how your school would handle it, no school has the same kinds of people going to them.
I've seen "backpack" shaped Zelda themed backpacks before. If you're still worried about getting laughed at I suggest looking for something like that.
I'm pretty okay.

i fixed that and thanks man but i'm in scotland and it's really not the kind of school you want to show up as a geek
If you really like this backpack, then suck it up and wear it anyway. Don't be afraid to please everyone. Besides, some people are jerks no matter what you do

I go around with a Kirby pin in my backpack(and some anime ones too, oh and one of my college) nobody ever said anything bad about it, actually even non Nintendo gamers seem to have fond memories of Kirby!
so I guess Zelda is also safe, not many people trash talk Zelda when not on the internet.

13 turning 14
Should be fine but I may not be the best person to ask as I didn't go to a public High School and was Steiner educated and people didn't really judge each other like that.

alot of people in my school don't know what it is or don't like it only a couple do as far as i'm concerned
I say get it. I have 2 Mario backpacks, an NES controller wallet, Pokemon t-shirts, etc, and I get comments all the time about how it's "cool"
do you use it in school
but thanks for the support man
I'm not in school anymore, but I did use it. It was a Super Mario World backback and I'd wear Pokemon, Mario, Gears of War, Halo, Metal Gear Solid, and Zelda shirts all the time. My avatar is actually a shirt I wear when I want to look fancy EDIT: I just took a picture of it to use it as my avatar.
well don't worry it'll all work out, just be yourself!
ahh the good times back in school, I remember once I even made a Lan Hikari bandana by myself and went using it! XD
and even so people never bothered me(mostly because they were too busy annoying the Naruto freak, man that was one heck of a fanatic dude)
