The game grumps invited Grant Kirkhope to come to their show!
Who is he? An old member of Rareware. He composed and did a lot of sounds for the N64 games including Donkey Kong 64, Banjo-Kazooie and Goldeneye.
Enjoy! You will learn a few things from watching this video (like what? Well, Conker was in development way before Banjo-Kazooie. And that's not the whole story, just watch).

I'd love for a bunch of ex-rare employees to get together and make a new studio. Hopefully some of them catch wind of this and they contact each other.

Kirkhopefully.

Eh. Ehh. Sorry.

The best strategy in the game: go up stairs and pause balls.

They've done it before Free Radical, the group behind the TimeSplitters series and a game called Second Sight (and maybe other games I don't know about) was comprised of a lot of guys that left Rareware when it went to Microsoft. Of course Free Radical is no more

There's also a couple other smaller studios made up of old Rare employees.

Free Radical still exists just as a branch of Crytech.

I couldn't understand half of the things Grant was saying :B
But I want him and other Rareware ex-employees to go to Nintendo and be like
"Dude. We can make Banjo-Threeie for you"
"You know we're not the owners of the Banjo-Kazooie IP, right?"
"...Let's call it Ukelele-Ocarina"
