Topic: F-Zero announced for Nintendo Land on Wii U

I wasn't really expecting this but I might get pick up nintendo land now. Your thoughts?

This is something I'd expect Capcom to pull.

...I'm glad they're acknowledging the series still exists. Nintendo, what are you doing? I want an ACTUAL F-zero! Not a minigame. Ugh.

They are probably just testing the waters. Isn't that what Nintendo Land basically is? A testing ground. They're probably making an F-Zero as we speak, and it just isn't ready yet. To me, I see Nintendo Land as kind of an "appetizer". Anyone else?

What? I'm just being dissapointed. Nintendo doesn't have to "test the waters"! It's F-zero. People have been whining for one for so long. (including me.) They should have made it a launch title. lol

F-Zero isnt as poplular as almost all of Nintendo's other series. Sure, it deserves another sequel, but its not as begged for as others.
This is a SMART choice. Not exactly the one we want, but it may be the best one.

Wat tha fawk? Nintendo is being a cruel tease here, giving F-Zero as a little mini-game for their Nintendo Land casual-fest, while the hardcores have been without F-Zero for 7 or 8 years now. If they don't announce a 3DS F-Zero for us tomorrow while the casuals get this F-Zero bite, there are going to be some more ticked off fans (myself included). Nintendo going back after the core gamer my rear end! Happy about two Mario side-scrollers, but honestly not a lot else Nintendo system game-wise this E3

I guess we'll see F-Zero by the next E3? I feel like Nintendo doesn't want to show off any of their old series until everybody is familiar with them again. :/ I guess this is how they plan to do it? Well, if Smash Bros. is that far off...

But I want real F-zero, not a mini-game.

Interesting marketing, hype building, concept there. Hope that is not the case though, that would suck like Kirby. Maybe they will throw in some Star Fox like flying levels in Nintendo Land if that is their strategy.
