Topic: Club Nintendo down?

I wonder if the site being down has anything to do with what Iwata said

“Nintendo President Satoru Iwata admitted he had misread the markets and hadn’t issued “the appropriate instructions.” He said the company needed to change and “propose something that surprises our customers.”

What are your thoughts?

Hopefully they're adding loads of previously unreleased N64 Wii U VC games as reward bonuses

I only posted this to get my avatar as the forum's thumbnail.

that would be nice, or at least see some good sales and deals

Maybe close Club Nintendo and reopen it when they have it for all European countries instead of just a few of the countries. There's like over 40 countries in Europe and Club Nintendo exists in like five of those.

And it has been like that ever since Club Nintendo started existing so about 20 years? Sucks that some countries citizens are still treated in 2014 like second rate citizens and fans.

It's only been around since 2008 or so, IIRC. Still, it should be more places, but they probably can't afford shipping across multiple countries.

I can't remember which country it was, in Europe, where it costs like 10× the amount of a euro to ship there, because of strict shipping policies. Lebanon, I think...
