Scar, Alex simply asked why anyone hates Facebook.
I use Facebook at my own leisure. I don't really care what games people are playing, so I ignore and/or block them. I say messages to those to make plans for certain days because Facebook is convenient enough.
For Miiverse, I simply look at the art and maybe answer some questions about a game I'm currently playing. I ignore all the "yeah plz" or "Omg i'm a troll hahahaha" posts
Why do you care why I care? Why ask about the reasoning for anything? Whats the difference between curiosity and genuine care? How many stars are in the universe? Why does anyone care how many stars there are?
Why don't hot dogs and buns come in the same quantity?
These are all great questions, all of course irrelevant to my original post, just the way you like it.
Miiverse is honestly one of the best experiences I've had with social media like it. Not entirely sure how much of that is Miiverse being good and how much is nearly every other example being completely awful.
I agree. I find Miiverse to be great. Very not annoying. Quite charming really. I like the little pop up messages in NSMB U and Super Mario 3D World. It is like a nice padding to them make it fluffy and accommodating. Then you post the silly pictures or these stamps. It adds a layer of fun and a sense of global community all engaged in the game not possible with other social media. So... a real triumph.

It's not really annoying to me, but it is quite boring to read through it because of the reasons you said. There's never any interesting conversation in there.
i remember i saw one post on the SM3DW community that said, "nintendo should make a whole game out of the Captain Toad levels!" because nothing is funner than moving at a snails pace without jumping.
And because you didn't like that post, that makes Miiverse annoying? A Captain Toad game would make sense as a mini puzzle game like Pushmo in fact - I can see how that would make sense.
Why does an inquiry imply I personally care? And if I do care, why do you care why I care?

You implied that you cared in the first place by replying about not understanding why people "hate" it, so I asked why you care. You basically asked why I asked a question. So ya, pretty pointless.

EDIT: All you had to say was that you didn't care, or why you did, but your first post contradicts your answer if you don't care. Hence, no answer.
