North America & the PAL regions will be getting another Hudson game from the Turbo-Grafx16/CD era as this game is scheduled to have its Virtual Console release in the month of June for 800 Wii Points, since it was a CD version.

You control the entire planet Earth in this simulated program.

As you know already, Japan already got this program back on May 12, 2009.

Nice. This should be a good game to play. It's been over two months since we've got an TurboGrafxp16 game, and 8-9 months since we've gotten an TurboGrafx-CD game. I'm looking forward to it. Is it me or will EA Sports sue Nintendo and Hudson over this? Now they'll have to join the VC team!

I had a friend in University who wasted many hours with the Mac version of this. I remember he made choices in the development of the world such that dolphins ended up being the dominant life forms. The game's climax is when the dominant species launches a colony ship to Mars. There's a gaia metre with a face on the planet that shows the overall health of the Earth due to stuff like industrial pollution and deforestation. In my friend's example since everything was sea-based the world stayed pretty healthy, but it took a lot longer to get the dolphins into space than it would have had they been Sleestaks or humans...

It's coming next or next next update I imagine. And how did today's game suck? YOU even said on the news page that the game was good at one point.

I didn't say the game sucked. I said it update sucked because while I was intrested in it, mainly due to being an Commondore 64 game, I'm not that hyped up for it. Also, it's the only game we have new on the Virtual Console. Also blame that it got an 7/10, which to mean rounds up to an sub-par 4.5/10 for the week for me. One game can't save a month from being an bad Virtual Console month, Pitfall: The Mayan Adventure was a great game, but it couldn't hold the weight to save it, and strangly, neither could The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask. We're going to need more good or at least medicoric Virtual Console week if we don't want anymore bad months.

It would certantly make me happy. I'm soooo tried of these awful-one game weeks. Even a 2 Virtual Console and 1 WiiWare game week would satisfy me. But the other way around doesn't.
