I've just splashed out on buying the whole set of operation rainfall games on Wii. That is Pandora's Tower limited edition, The Last Story limited edition and Xenoblade Chronicles (regular version, I don't think there is a limited edition on Wii), and was wondering what everyones faviourite or most valued games are in their collection?

For me it has to be Chrono Trigger DS, Majora's Mask 3D special edition, and my original Minish Cap cartridge.

What rare gems do people own?

I think it would be the special edition or Fire Emblem Fates. Especially with the closure of the eShop imminent, this being the only way to physically own Revelations has caused the prices to skyrocket. Another 3DS game I'm happy to have physically is Yokai Watch 3, it's pretty hard to come by in NA.

Besides that, there's a good handful of Gamecube games I'm happy to own, like Chibi-Robo, Skies of Arcadia Legends, and Fire Emblem Path of Radiance.

I've got the coins that Nintendo of Europe gave away to people who bought all 3 of those games. They're probably worth a bit. I've sold most of my expensive physical games. The ones I've still got are:-

Rodea the Sky Soldier
The Last Story
Xenoblade Chronicles 2 Limited Edition.

Does anyone have Futurama for ps2? Just curious. I can't believe that's up to 250-300 dollars in the US.

@BongoBongo123 Xenoblade was itself a "limited edition". People complained when it was first released as a GameStop exclusive in the US, then they complained when the price went up as a result on online stores.
It was reprinted just once (alongside Metroid Prime Trilogy, which I've heard ended up being pretty common for the PAL version but a rare game for the NTSC version) and GameStop listed the reprint as "used" so they could be so kind as to only charge half as much markup as the online scalpers.

My Toad 3DS which i won by registering two 3DS games:

You could choose between three different styles:

I still use it everyday, carry it on me for StreetPass (haven't had any hits for over 3 years), the shoulder buttons don't really work and the control stick doesn't have the rubber on it any more, but still love this little bit of genius.

Used this in a different chat, but I do love it, even though the stick doesn't have rubber on it and the shoulder buttons only work erraticly

I am old enough to have a few gems but I mostly love my original Pokemon red, the two Zelda oracle games, and my N64 Smash Bros all for nostalgic reasons. However I have always had more love for gaming memorabilia as this was really hard to find and hold the biggest gaming love for my First 4 Figures Skull Link statue that I bought from the Nintendo world store in New York.

@Bunkerneath I have the same one as you do, unfortunately despite buying enough games to get three entries into the competition I didn't win. But I loved the toad one so much I bought one of them, and only took it out of the box to have a look when I originally bought it.

Nice collection. Skies of Arcadia Legends is crazy expensive. I was thinking about picking it up but I gave it a second thought because of the price.

Oh I didn't know NOE gave free coins for owning all three, what kind of coins were they?

Ah thanks for clarifying that there's no limited edition Xenoblade Chronicles in PAL territories, Odd that the American version is rare but the PAL version is common. To be honest I'm more excited to play Pandora's Tower and The Last Story than Xenoblade. The combat just doesn't look satisfying at all.

Probably my copy of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. I've had it since Christmas 2004, and that game has gotten crazy-expensive in recent years.

@Bunkerneath I would have loved the Mario edition 3DS! Really wish it came out in the US. I probably could have imported it, sure, but it's unfortunately region-locked.

Probably not as impressive but my day 1 copy of Luigi’s mansion 3. Mainly because it was either that or Busch gardens. And considering the fact I got a limited edition tote bag along with some candy I’m glad I picked Luigi’s mansion!
