One of my friends wants to get L4D2, but he live in Australia, nd low violence version nd stuff.

So, could someone gift him the game from the US/UK and then I gift you a game/gamepack

Terra, it seems you already have all the games you listed as trade options, is there something else you want? I think I'd prefer Nyxquest if it's not a problem?

One more thing guys, if I already own a game in a pack, can I gift it? I want to buy the puzzle pack (been wanting Shatter for months now) but I already own Cogs.

Against my better judgment I just bought the Indie Pulse Pack. Hope the games are good and I can even run them for that matter! Gotta say though, regardless, Steam is an awesome service.

oh.. there's no point buying the pulse pack either, I already have Audiosurf and Beat Hazard and I also own Bit.Trip.Beat on the wii. The pulse pack still seems interesting because of Shatter and Tidalis.

The Pulse Pack doesn't have Shatter or Tidalis. Here's what's included:

• AudioSurf
• Beat Hazard
• BIT.TRIP BEAT
• Rhythm Zone
• The Polynomial - Space of the music

That said, I have Shatter and I highly recommend it. If it goes on sale you should get it. One of the best breakout games I've played recently.

Where do u people get the money for all these sales @_@

Today I bought 8 games (Indie Pulse Pack + King's Bounty Platinum) for $13.74. The games are all around $5-10 so it's not like they're expensive. The packs are crazy too. $5 for 5 games? That's $1 per game. 85% off for a 10-pack which you can gift or trade away? That's crazy talk!

And then the 30 people each day will get the top 5 games on their wishlist for free deal... that's even crazier. The chances are so slim though, but it's incredible that they would even do a stunt like that.

I tell ya, those Valve guys are really good at this sale thing.

You could check the game's forums on Steam to see if someone else is having the same problem (which someone probably is), or try figuring out if the game can handle ur graphics card.

Which card your laptop is using? See if it's compatible with the game or if you need to give the video ram more memory.

Will Steam continue to have deals every week after this pre-christmas sale, or is it only for these occasions?

Also, are the steam packs reserved for these big sales?

This may be a silly question, but have you tried updating your graphics drivers?

The steam packs are mainly exclusive for the holiday sales like this one, this was especially huge since they included the gift packs, and if the leaks are true, there's still a couple of gift packs worth buying.
